    Bought a car over the phone, drove 4 hours to go get it. Had the loan done, insurance on it and got a text 1 hour before the dealership opened for Bruno to tell me was sold the night before. He refused to answer me back on it to acknowledge what had even happened nor even try to help me find anything else. Wasted an entire vacation day from work, time and gas to come all that way. Thanks for nothing Luther Fiat.

    Just purchased my second vehicle from Jason and Mason. They go above and beyond to deliver an exceptional purchasing experience. Jason and Mason are no pressure, feel like friends, and make it almost impossible to go anywhere else. My first was a Giulia TI Sport and the second was the Abarth I've been in love with for too long. Thank you for making it first-class.

    Fantastic service department! Gabby Watters was my service writer she was excellent! My car was throwing a code for timing the tech found the issue quickly and verified that the timing was off. They had the car fixed up in no time! I will definitely be back.

    I bought a used chevy Volt from here what a mistake.... Bruno was my "sales" guy who clearly wanted nothing to do with me. I went to go look at the car and it was missing the charger that the website said was included. When I asked Bruno he had to go check and came back with we don't have it. I said I guess I'm not interested in buying a plug in hybrid without the plug and he was shocked. He disappeared and came back to say they will order one for me. Then I move into signing all the paperwork and I asked about an extended warranty ( being as it was an EV I wanted to make I was covered if something went wrong). The finance guy said it's not worth it...... ok. I then drove home to pickup my wife in the new car and come back and get my vehicle they didn't want let me trade in. and Back home..... as I pulled into my driveway the car literally stopped and refused to move with a check engine light ( 70 miles total driven) pulled out my code reader it has 14 codes all related to the battery control module. I had a mechanic come with a more advanced reader to find out not only have these same codes come up before but they were "cleared" the day I bought the car. Hmmmmm, ok Luther came two days later to tow the car to chevy to have it looked at, it need a BECM and will months as the part is on national back order. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone buying a used car. Go to Walser, the service you get is light years ahead of this place.

    The customer service at Fiat of Minneapolis is Superb!!!! The service manager Gabby makes you feel welcome and VALUED as you pull into the garage every time! I will take my car no other place to be serviced.Her leadership also extends to other service personnel I have encountered there as well

    Service here is very pricey; that said, they usually do a good job as far as mechanical things go. There are some communication issues, however, but since everything has been resolved, I won’t go into detail here. Unless your car is under warranty, I would likely not choose this place for service.

    My 2015 Fiat e500 is usually nearly silent as it rolls emissions free around the city. Then, it started making loud noises that increased as I accelerated. Fiat of Minneapolis rapidly identified the problem, fixed it quickly, and checked all the other components of the car. I was well informed throughout the process. They also changed out a tail lamp only charging me for the light itself. I had worried about the cost of having it repaired at the dealer — but the price was totally fair relative to some major competitors. I’m a very grateful customer!

    Came to check about doing a oil change and the people here are very rude! Place sucks! Thank god I didn’t do my Business here!! Not in a million years would I ever go back. Luther need to educate the people working here on customer service or clean house! Completely turned me off to bringing my service to Luther.

    No one likes having to take their vehicle in for service, but if you have to do it, there’s no better place than Luther Alfa-Fiat. Courteous, professional, communicative, helpful AND knowledgeable about the repairs needed, you can’t ask for more. While I’ve not purchased a vehicle from them, I have no reason to believe my experience would be any different on that front.
