Well,
this
will
be
my
first
ever
negative
google
review,
but
this
hits
home,
literally.
This
is
the
3rd
daycare
center
we
have
put
our
daughter
in
who
is
now
4.
We
went
here
for
convenience
when
we
moved,
we
can
walk/bike
there
from
our
home.
From
day
one
I
have
been
harassed
about
9am
drop
off.
We
drop
off
between
9-930am
because
I
work
from
home,
and
who
wouldn't
want
extra
time
with
their
toddler
in
the
morning.
The
issue
here
is
the
coordinator,
Stacey,
who
is
only
concerned
about
control
and
policy,
not
the
wellbeing
of
the
children
or
their
families.
We
attended
the
Tutor
time
in
Andover
for
about
6
months
because
it
was
more
affordable
than
Champlin.
I'd
drop
off
my
daughter
at
10-1030am
some
days,
no
issue.
Today
at
Champlin,
at
930am
we
were
turned
away.
Literally
wouldn't
let
my
daughter
in
because
of
policy.
I
pay
them
$300
per
week,
for
4
days,
and
this
is
how
we
are
treated.
Here,
they
stress
the
"curriculum".
You
have
to
pay
an
extra,
mandatory
$80
for
their
school
readiness
program
2x
per
year.
They
decided
to
bring
that
back
this
year,
while
every
family
is
struggling
to
deal
with
inflation.
Surprise!
Plus,
another
$40
2-3
times
over
the
summer
for
"summer
programs".
It's
pure
chaos
every
time
I
go
in,
and
the
one
pamphlet
she
came
home
with
was
2nd
grade
level.
WE
are
the
ones
that
actually
taught
her
the
concept
of
counting.
All
they
have
taught
her
is
memorization
through
song.
It
smells
horrible
most
days,
right
as
you
enter,
like
a
fresh
poopy
diaper.
They
have
an
issue
with
staff
and
turnover.
With
that
said,
the
staff
there
is
the
only
thing
that
is
good.
The
ones
Stacey
hasn't
scared
away
that
is.
I'll
be
taking
my
daughter,
and
hard
earned
money
elsewhere,
effective
immediately.
The
coordinator
already
knew
her
last
week
would
be
the
week
of
the
18th,
probably
why
she
felt
she
could
just
turn
us
away
today.
And
you
better
believe
she
is
still
making
us
pay
for
this
week
AND
next
week
because,
policy.
I
can't
imagine
what
this
would
do
to
a
family
that
doesn't
have
a
flexible
work
schedule.
To
my
point,
Stacy
does
NOT
care.
For
as
long
as
she
is
the
coordinator
here,
I
would
not
take
your
child
there
if
you
need
a
caring,
understanding,
and
flexible
environment
for
your
child.
People
over
Policy!
ESPECIALLY
when
we
are
talking
about
taking
care
of
people's
children.
