We
used
BD
for
a
siding
and
gutter
job
last
year.
They
were
great
through
the
estimate
process.
After
the
contract
was
signed,
we
had
terrible
service.
When
they
came
for
the
first
part
of
the
job
they
did
not
complete
the
job,
the
work
quality
was
poor,
they
put
the
siding
on
backwards
and
ultimately
they
tried
to
cover
up
some
problems
they
found
rather
than
addressing
them
with
us.
We
spent
the
next
couple
of
months
trying
to
get
the
job
done
right,
ultimately
reaching
out
to
the
owner.
When
he
came
out,
he
admitted
that
their
crew
had
messed
up
and
they
would
redo
several
areas
and
we
would
not
be
charged.
The
quality
was
much
better.
When
they
came
back
for
the
second
part
of
the
job,
they
damaged
the
siding,
and
their
solution
was
to
cover
it
up
with
caulk.
They
also
added
multiple
extra
fees
that
they
never
told
us
about
prior
to
giving
us
the
final
bill.
Shortly
after
they
finished
we
found
out
we
needed
to
replace
our
roof.
We
did
NOT
consider
BD
and
went
with
another
company
who
did
a
fantastic
job.
I
wish
we
would
have
known
about
the
other
company
before
we
used
BD
Exteriors.

5/3/22:
The
contract
we
signed
stated
that
we
would
be
informed
of
any
additional
areas
that
needed
to
be
addressed
and
be
told
about
additional
fees
required
if
any.
Neither
of
those
ever
happened.
There
was
an
additional
area
with
problems
the
crew
covered
up
with
caulk.
When
the
owner
came
out
and
we
discussed
all
of
the
issues
(work
and
communication)
they
mentioned
briefly
that
they
were
over
budget
on
the
job.
At
the
end
of
discussing
what
would
be
fixed,
we
asked
if
we
would
be
getting
charged
for
it.
We
were
told
no,
that
it
was
on
them.
