You have to stop here if you are nearby, the menu is crazy awesome, they have lactose free and other options for ALL the flavors. They also make amazing authentic Empanadas. The prices on everything are really good. Watching them make the Ice Cream with liquid nitrogen is awesome, as you can see in the pictures. They also have 4 bounce houses for the kids to run around in while you sit in the shade in a covered picnic area. What more could you ask for from an ice cream place?!

Excellent made to order ice cream! I love their process of making their ice cream using the Flash Freeze Process. Very inviting, fun, hip, atmosphere. They will not let you leave if you don’t like your ice cream! They want to make sure you leave happy. Such awesome people work here. True top tier customer service!!

It's a must for any birthday! We make it a tradition to visit and enjoy as a family. We really enjoy the flavors and combination that they offer. The place has been remodeled over the years and have improved over the years. Customer service is always great here.

One of the best spots we found while in Kissimmee Fl!!! Just watching the process in front of you was cool. The ice cream is delicious!! The crew there are great!! A must if you’re down in Downtown Kissimmee!! I had the almond joy ice cream made with coconut cream, chocolate chips, almonds and coconut flakes!!

The staff was super awesome. I saw them keep up with everybody’s orders of food and ice cream and this place was jampacked, Highly recommended for a family with children if you want to have fun laid-back atmosphere 4 bounce houses. Can’t say enough about the staff again.

Delicious & a great experience all in one! Was in town and craving ice cream, googled and came across this ice cream shop being the top rated around the area. The hype was definitely real. Many great combinations and flavors to choose from. It’s a cool experience to see. They have arcade games and bouncy houses available for your stay. Customer service is amazing!

Jeremy was very knowledgeable as he patiently helped my grand children pick their flavors. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the bounce houses until the tall hispanic man came out letting us know the kids needed socks. (Understandably, and we had no issue purchasing socks inside) When my curious 7 year old grandson asked why socks were required. He sarcastically replied; Oh I dunno know, maybe for sanitary reasons, I don’t make the rules, I only work here and enforce them. Then he goes on and says, you know you really should all have mask on as well! My daughter and myself WERE wearing mask! Really? Children are excluded from wearing mask and in this heat I wouldn’t even consider them wearing a mask in the bounce house. It wasn’t what he said, but how he said it. As he continued to bring food orders out to various tables, not once did he tell any other child, nor their parent that their kids needed socks! We were the only white family. My daughter drove from South Palm Bay, FL to bring the children to Abracadabra. We won’t be returning or recommending this facility.

My cousin took me while visiting the state. I really thought this was a unique spot . They make ice cream with dry ice . You're able to see the process. They have gluten free . You choose a base and then 3 toppings . I choose red velvet cheesecake with walnuts. Very delicious. They have a bounce house so kids with the sugar high can get it out I assume. Would definitely recommend.

Now this is what I call an experience from an ice cream shop! Make the trip to stop by here and you won't be disappointed! The service was friendly and personal, they make your ice cream right infront of you with their liquid nitrogen. They have endless options of ice cream and they have food like wings and pizza. There is a huge outside seating area with a patio covering with fans. There are bouncy houses and books for the kids to enjoy!! I ordered the last Sombrero and that WAS the best ice cream I've ever had. Portion was perfect, left me completely satisfied! They have a small arcade section inside as well I ended up winning a stuffed toy.

I'm pregnant and was craving some ice cream and we decided to try this place based on the reviews. It did not disappoint. My husband has the Raspberry Waffle Crunch and I decided to go with coffee ice cream with almonds. Both were delicious and I love that they make the ice cream fresh in front of you with liquid nitrogen. Pretty cool. I though it was nice that out in the back they have tables and chairs for you to sit and enjoy your ice cream, and they also have bounce houses for the kids. I would definitely stop by this place again if we are in the area to try a new flavor

I can't believe this is my first visit here. You can be sure it won't be my last...already planning the next visit. The ice cream is made to order right in front of you, but more could you ask for. Just ask for Glenn he's a hoot ..great personality & wonderful customer service.

Kids enjoyed ice cream and bounce houses (for children under 12 yrs old) They got ceiling fans outside for kids comfort.

Tried them for the first time today and had a good experience. Service was quick and attentive. I tried the Blueberry Pancake flavored ice cream, which tasted very on target. I enjoyed that it seemed like whole blueberries were present in the ice cream and not just an artificial flavor intended to taste like it. Also, I think they were fresh berries and seemed to be in an almost flash frozen state from the liquid nitrogen which elevated the texture and flavor for me. Would love to return and try other flavors as well.

The ice cream was good, definitely a different experience. You can truly tell they are always busy. We are on vacation in Orlando and drive 30 minutes for the ice cream. I wished there was some sort of entertainment or conversation while you are ordering. The guy that did our ice cream didn't say two words to us. We sat in the back with fans blowing very strongly at us.(I understand in the day and super heat these would be nice but it wasn't needed and we didn't stay long because of that) you can tell them don't get many tourists. (It's a shame because the ice cream is good!)

Was not what we were expecting when walking into an ice cream shop. Made with liquid nitrogen! Still yummy but hard to eat at first. Wasn’t a fan that the employees didn’t wear gloves after touching multiple different peoples orders, the bathroom was sticky and gross and it overall needed a wipe down. But the owner checked on us and was nice. Seems like a great place to bring the kids especially with bounce houses. Kinda expensive though.

This place is amazing! The owner went above and beyond making sure we got exactly what we wanted. The ice cream was so tasty, everyone was extremely satisfied with their order. Will definitely be back.

Not impressed. Rude service. We had never been there before but we were rushed ordering and then my daughters ice cream was missing of of her main add in’s that she wanted. The ice cream was okay, the best part was watching them make it but there was no interaction while they were making it which was a bummer. The add ins we picked tasted like they were old, the chocolate tasted cheap and the brownies were not good either. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but we just want others to be aware before they go. It’ll save you a pretty penny. Two stars because the bounce houses were neat (although there were a lot of rules that went with them) and watching the ice cream freeze was cool.

Awesome place! Nothing like home made ice cream and lunch in the same place. I had a butter pecan deliciousness! Great service and professional people making the ice cream 🍨🍦 If you want something of a special treat go to this place, you won't be disappointed. Plenty of seating inside and out, they aim to please. Parking available across the street.

Staff are really friendly and the ice creams are great. The outside seating area has fans too cool you down. The kids loved all the bouncy houses.

Second time bringing my son here and he loves it! The bounce houses are pretty well maintained. The ice cream is great and the food is delicious. James does a little of everything there and made us some tasty crispy chicken wings and a cheese steak. He also checked in on us a couple time to make sure everything was going good and we appreciate that. Will continue to come back.

Today i came to abracadabra to finally experience what it has to offer after passing it many times and i can say i was not dissappointed but blown away. I got myself the starberry shortcake and my parents got tutti fruity. They were both super delicious and the texture was amazing as the it justs melts in ur mouth. Definetly recommend the strawberry shortcake. Mind u that they make their creations on the spot very quickly right in front of u especially with liquid nitrogen which was cool and which shows how authentic and fresh the ice cream is. If ur planning on coming here during the day on the afternoon i would most defintely recommend its a very fun, relaxing place to be as they also hv bouncy castles for kids, arcade games so everyone can hv a great time.

This place was very good. The ice cream was amazing, I'm not local but a friend of mine is and recommended this to me. We came after a trip to a park. We split a pizza and it was good, and then had our delicious ice cream out on there well spaced outdoor seating.
