Wow! Robyn and Martha are the best- if you stay anywhere in dodge city- it better be here!!! Clean friendly and has everything! Just when I didn’t think it could be better- there are cheese omelettes with green chilies verde- thank you Maria for going to the back to get me a blueberry muffin and chocolate muffin for my girl! This place ROCKS!

This is one of the nicest Best Western hotel's I have stayed at. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety.

Can't say enough good things. 5 star in every aspect. Sue is AWESOME! She checked us in at 1 AM and walked us back to our room. Decorated great for Christmas. EXCEPTIONALLY clean rooms. Hot hot shower. Superb breakfast and coffee. This is the only place we will stay in Dodge City. So good they should be in best western commercials.

Knowledgeable & willful violation of federal American Disability Act. The "owner" blatantly & openly violates federal handicap law. Owner openly associates with other violators of federal ADA law. I suspect there is a learning disability amongst these bold violators?? Toilet would not flush. Had to fill the toilet tank with the ice bucket.

We stayed in the Executive King Suite, which was spacious. The staff were geat and enjoyed the hot breakfast.

Nice clean stopping point for our road trip. The beds were very soft so for me, not as comfortable as I'd have liked. The location is perfect for a quick visit to Dodge City.

Clean, mostly updated, a bit pricey for the area. Breakfast is good for hotel food, kitchen staff was great, front desk staff could use a bit of training. Parking is tight for anything bigger than a car.

It was a beautiful room! Perfect for my legs family. Everyone had the space we needed to make it. The housekeeping people need to get it together because we did see who dead flies in our room that no one bothered to vacuum up and when we asked for trash bags she gave us one. We had a room with 6 people. Aside from the room the giant incline we had to go up to get in the parking lot was ridiculous. Lots of different restaurants to choose from in the area. I'd come back. Lobby was very clean and the place was beautiful.

Room was spacious, clean, and nice. The bed was big and comfy. The pool was clean and enjoyable. The only issue we had, was with the room, our A/C did not work well. Other than that, their staff was very friendly and efficient. Their bartender downstairs was a super nice guy and made us a super yummy drink!

Room is awesome, jacuzzi in the room is awesome, Jessica the front desk staff made this stay the best. She is the reason we will always come back this way when traveling through!

One very nosey staff, very Gossipy, force her service on you even after you tell her you are ok. She will follow you and stare you down, Older white haired lady. All other staff were very professional.

Kids had the pool to themselves, the room was clean, staff members were super nice and went above and beyond to accommodate us! IHOP and a gas station are just a few feet away for late night food and snacks, and the complimentary breakfast had a nice selection of hot and cold foods. Staycation Hotel Birthday Party mission accomplished!!

The atmosphere and rooms are the best things about this hotel. Service had no manners, especially the breakfast lady... but I loved the coffee and cappuccino machine in the lobby.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Man did they go above and beyond in the appearance and decor of this hotel. The rooms were quiet and very spacious. The breakfast buffet was OK, nothing to write home about. This will be our go to hotel when in Dodge City.

This is a really nice place! Bed was a bit soft for my taste, but the room was nice, very clean, and the people were great. There is even a small bar in the lobby. Breakfast was outstanding! Will definitely stay there again.

I stayed here when I was in town to bury my husband out at the Fort Dodge Military Cemetery. I had called ahead and explained my situation and requested to be able to check in at 1 PM to change clothes and freshen up. The day of the funeral, they told me they didn't have anything ready. I had to dress for my husband's funeral in one of their public restrooms. The service here was abysmal. It seemed they went out of their way to be unaccomidating. Check out was just as bad, as they had already charged my card before I checked out and I had intended to use a different card. The only good service was at the breakfast bar.

Magnetic lock did not work.2 people came in our room about 130 am. Not invited. Good thing I was prepared all I'm saying. Will not stay there again.

Staff was friendly and helpful when we needed a pet friendly room at 1am. Very cool hotel. Nice pool that we didn't get to use, cool little bar (closed on Sunday) right in the lobby. We stayed one short night, but will definitely be back if we ever end up back in Dodge City.

Room was nice and beds very comfortable. Had everything I needed and close to great things to do!

Stayed there 8 nights for work. The first 6 nights were fine. The last couple however saw an influx in cockroach/spider activity. Woke up the last morning of my stay and as I turn on the bathroom light 2 roaches scatter. Behind the toilet. As I made my way to my truck noticed there were a lot of them in the parking lot. If this were a cheap hotel I guess you can’t expect any different but for $140/night maybe some pest control is in order.

Great room, comfy bed, impeccably clean. That said, the bed is located next to the AC unit. The unit kicks on and off all night. The on/off made it impossible to sleep consistently through the night. Furthermore, our room faces the street. Every loud car, motorcycle, and siren was well heard all night.

Location is a bit noisy at times but I guess that's to be expected when you're right on the corner of a couple of busy streets. We got our rest anyway. Breakfast was option of cheese omelettes, potato squares, sausage links, biscuits and gravy as well as fresh fruit and fruit cups along with other normal continental breakfast fare. Very delicious! The decor is charming. The room was clean. It did seem to be showing a bit of wear with leaky tub spout and shower head along with miscellaneous cracks and chips here and there. Price was a little more than I cared for but nothing's cheap anymore, right? All in all, a decent experience.

Nice place to stay in Dodge City. The staff at the front desk was friendly, even had cookies available at check in. The rooms are spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable albeit a little on the too soft side. The gym was pretty sparse with only a treadmill, a weight machine and a noisy elliptical in a very large area. The pool was nice, clean. Breakfast had a great variety and staff there was friendly. Whole place had a western theme with horseshoe stair brackets.

This is a wonderful BW. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING here! We stopped in to see if they had an available room. There were three. We were greeted immediately, staff was helpful, explained our room choices throughout our questions, and shared the amenities. We were in a room in under 10 minutes. Room was large with a sitting area (sofa and chair) two queen beds, fridge, iron, hair dryer, desk and was very clean. They had two nice sitting areas, pool, small fitness room and bar. Hot breakfast in the morning was perfect to start the day's travel: small cheese or plain omelet, sausage links, o'brien potatoes, biscuits and gravy, and a pancake machine that churned out cakes at a push of a button! Regular assortment of yogurt, fruit, pastries, and juice. A definite shout-out to the staff! Front desk was super helpful and the bartender was fantastic! Engaged with his customers, was very pleasant and truly enjoyed his time as well. The hotel seemed to be very well staffed which is unusual, especially in recent months elsewhere. Each staff member said hello or acknowledged us as we moved throughout the grounds. A HUGE Thank you and Bravo! on creating such a great environment. *We met another guest who shared that he travels to Dodge City often for work and stays here everytime. We can see why!

Do NOT give them a CREDIT Credit card! Canceled my room two weeks out, called four days before to double check it was canceled-Was assured it was canceled and my credit card taken off. They charged me for two nights rooms and a month later I still don’t have my money back! Not even an apology! Just screamed at over the phone. I would Love to hear from you and have my money back.

Clean, the staff is wonderful, so helpful and friendly, and safe, the parking is well lit and I felt safe walking to the motel after dark. Easy access to the street, lots of good restaurants close. Would always recommend it!

LOOOVE this Best Western!! All of the staff are SO nice - no request is ever a “big deal” - common rooms are very nicely decorated and the hotel rooms are more like I would expect from a Hyatt of Marriott…everything about this property is fantastic and the staff - ALL the staff- front desk, manager, breakfast crew, maids - everyone is just fantastic!

Love it here, friendly staff, super friendly owners, seems like everyone likes working there. Especially appreciated Robyn and her sister and the two gentlemen working the front desk during our stay. Whole place is very nicely decorated and everything is clean and fresh. They even have a little saloon that’s fun to hang out and watch a game or talk with other travellers and locals.
