one of my favorite fast-food chains and this location in Dr. Phillips is my favorite! there’s indoor seating, the classic indoor playground, curbside pick-up, and a drive-through lane. everything is so clean and efficiently-run. the staff is super polite and friendly, as you’d expect from the brand. the food is always great, breakfast or lunch/dinner.

Went in to order for the first time ever and visiting from new york. The order was placed wrong should have checked my meal before left. They basically did not give me the 2 spicy chicken sandwiches deluxe and 2 waffle fries. When i got to my hotel room noticed it was missing. The staff are nice but they have no order in how they handle the food. They basically stole 34 dollars from me. These are supposed to be tenders smh. What a waste. Nuggest were the size of my thumb smh first and last time.

Lately it has just been horrible we’ll for at least me…. Yesterday we ordered three bacon egg and cheese and of course got three chicken biscuits….. tonight we decided to stop by… busy with sports not time to cook and they forgot my daughters sandwich… I should of looked in the bag … that’s twice ….. …. It’s not hard to look and make sure .. live too far away to drive back…..just went back again this morning and they forgot two of my sandwiches… the only chic you have to check your bag before you leave

Parking space was hard to find. Drive thru had a long queue. No queue in the restaurant.

This was my first time at this location. We stopped in because it's one of the few places my kid can safely eat. I have driven past this one many times over the years but it's a bit inconveniently located to get into and there are quite a few other good choices in the area if you're hungry. On this occasion I went with a grilled chicken sandwich, no tomato with a side salad and a peppermint chip milkshake. The chicken sandwich was exactly as expected and satisfied me. The salad was also very good. The milkshake was pretty good but for the price and size of it I have had better ones from other companies. If you are dining here I would definitely recommend it but I would not go out of my way for it. My cat had the chicken nuggets with fries and a bottle of water. They were very happy. We were here around lunch time and while they had a decent crowd the service was very quick and the employees were friendly. This is actually a pretty nice store and I enjoyed the way they had it decorated on the outside for the holidays. They have accessible parking but not an accessible entrance. They do have accessible seating though. There is ample parking in the lot.

Always great food, staff and service at Chick Fil A - we all know that. This location at 7333 W. Sand Lake Rd. in Orlando has to be one of their best. But the transients hanging out at the property entrance along with their makeshift storage hub make this area sketchy and going there unsafe, especially at night. Their belongings and furniture stored in 4-5 shopping carts at the entrance denigrates the store and area.

It's Chick-fil-A people! If you've ever been to one. You've been to all of them. This one is the same as the rest. The food is good and the atmosphere is good and the restaurant is clean. It's always a great place to take your family.

The fry was cool and the service was just ok it was lot of young people not press attention to the job it sad Chick Fil A is famous for high6 quality and great great customer services

This was one if the best chick fil a meals I have ever had! The bread was so fresh and the chicken was tasty. The French fries came out hot and super tasty.

Stop by late morning for food. Was greeted with rude staff. Staff was loud and majority were sitting in the customer section. Yelling and cursing. Bathroom was really dirty. Spit on the wall, feces on the toilet bowl. Non of the employees cared to clean it. I’m sure they knew the condition of the bathroom as one used it as I was in the restaurant.

Not only are these people unwilling to make their mess ups right, they acuse their customers of lying. Therefore I attached pictures of my “grilled spicy deluxe” being fried. It may not be that big of an issue except I’m allergic to gluten… hence the no bun. They’re unwilling to give a refund due to their negligence. The manager also did not understand the difference between grilled and fried….

I ordered chicken nuggets at this location and as I was enjoying my nuggets I see a strand of blonde hair on my nugget. I went it to express my concerns to an employee and the young lady laughed in my face. I took a look around and there were two employees with blond hair(none had on a hair net) . I asked another employee do you all wear hair nets, he told me yes. I looked in the kitchen and no one had on a hair net. They didn’t seem apologetic at all which was quite upsetting.

This locations drive thru moved slower than other morning drive thru locations. Once I arrived to the window did not receive the typical friendly customer experience I’ve had at all the other Chick-fil-A locations I’ve ever visited . I still had to wait at the window a good three minutes, and the three members of staff were distracted by something crawling on the floor Clearly, as you can see with my receipt and my food, it is not what I ordered. The hashbrowns were greasy and the oil needs to be changed. Also, I requested bacon not sausage very disappointed will not visit this location again.

Worst chicfila I’ve ever been to, hands down. I was surprised when it was empty inside and in drive thru at 630pm on a Saturday… ordering was fine. Typically experience. Overall was gross inside. Tables not wiped down. Food all over the floor under nearly every table. Bathroom was in terrible shape (men’s room). Place had maybe three families inside and not busy, so why couldn’t the areas be tended to? No excuse. Kids nuggets seemed undercooked. Kids meals came without their little toys, which isn’t a big deal just including since it’s out of norm for Chicfila as a whole Again, worst experience and location I’ve been ever.

Not impressed. Was my first ever experience of Chick-fil-a and I cannot see why it's so highly rated. The food was average at best! I would rate McDonald's as better than this. Apologies to staff for the honest review!

My first ever visit to a Chick-fil-a, so went for the classic chicken burger and a shake. The burger was fresh and tasty, the waffle cut fries were a great change to regular fries and the shake came with cream and a cherry! Great meal and would return

They did great, food was fresh and customer service was top tier, plus there was a free entree reward in the app. Made my day better.

It was straight up noon, the parking lot and drive thru lanes were packed. We went inside and were immediately waited on. We got our drinks and number and took them to our seat. Within moments, our order was at our table, hot and delicious. They really have their act together. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Highly recommend.

Ordered door dash. As we all know, we love the sauces from Chick Fil Skimp… that’s this stores new name. We ordered 5 items, which their stingy sauce allocation equates to 8 sauces. Well, order arrived, with 3 sauces. Now my family is sad, completely let down, and some of us, me, now have no sauce. Stop trying to save .20c and fill your orders properly. Why would you ever skimp on sauces. No respect for that. Especially when we already pay more for door dash. Do better.

I only order drinks through curbside. Please tell me how you forget to bring me straws. Then you tell me you're going to bring them right out. And then you continue to bring other people there Food before you bring me my straws. This is absolutely unacceptable. They now have told me twice. They will bring me straws right out. Yet I've been sitting here for almost 10 minutes. Update: I ended up having to send my son-in to get the straws. Because the girl was too incompetent

For fast food it wasn't soaked in oil, tasted good and service was fast and the staff was pleasant and friendly. The restaurant was clean.

I always order at Florida mall and they have a really good salads, always full I can’t even mix it and when I order EXTRA chicken nuggets, they put really EXTRA. This one is greedy one and when I ask them to fix it and put extra nuggets, they told me it’s good enough amount, I don’t know who trained these people but manager

Good food, fast service. It must have been too cold for Floridians to be out b/c there was only 1 car in the drive through and not 1 person waiting on the inside at 7am on a Saturday morning in mid January. I had my food before I could put my credit card away

I bought food for 20 people for a doctor's office to say thank you for all their referrals. The catering department was very helpful in letting me know what my options were. Thank you for everything and for making so easy to order over the phone while I was driving. I will recommend this chick fil A to anyone. Very efficient, clean and nice people work here.

For a fast food breakfast, it's a treat! And my daughter got to try it for the first time, she's a fan. Thank you for great service and the food was on point in terms of temperature, and for getting my substitutions accurate.

Worst customer service experience on a Chick-fil-A. Instead of working with the client and ensure he got what he was looking for, the manager decided that it was more important for her to be correct than make the customer happy. So sad to see the other employees trying to do whats correct but manager did not let them. The service was provided June 18, 2022 at 7:00am.

We order on line as we were about to pull up for breakfast. As we pull up in the to go lane our food came out hot and fresh but they did forget one of our drinks but we did go back on the inside to get it. I feel that who ever fixing the pickup orders they really need to check ✔️ the bags before they send the order out and that goes for inside orders too, other than that y'all have some great food.

Access on right of Sand Lake road. Food met the Chik-Fil-A quality. Good overall experience. Wait time about 10 minutes inside restaurant.

Love this place! The only fast food spot I hit up! I gave four stars because almost always I crave this place on Sundays! Pls open on SUNDAYS! Also download the app! Its sooo much easier to pay and rewards are dope!!!

We went here for lunch on our Universal trip. The drive thru line is outrageous but the inside was not too bad at all. It’s right next to Drury inn. The food was good but the kids chicken nuggets looked burnt and very small. My son did not want it. The Cobb salad and chicken deluxe sandwiches were good. The lettuce was crispy which I love.

This was our first time at any Chic fil a and we both understand why they are popular. The waffle fries were fresh and both sandwiches were tasty. I had the spicy which for me needed extra heat but they had Texas Pete hot sauce at the side. Will definitely be back.
