I’m been going to this chick fil a location for many years. Their service has been improved tremendously. Since covid we started order from the app curbside or restaurant pick up. Curbside is the best option and they should open the back of entrance for curbside only. This restaurant is always busy, the lines move fast.

Clean establishment, great service, love walking into a place where people greet you. It makes you feel as though you are wanted into their place of business. Thank you staff, of Chick-fil-A for making my experience a wonderful fun meal time.

Busy location. The nuggets seem to get smaller and smaller while the prices go up.

Great service at this location! Drive thru line is a hit or miss, depending on what time you visit but I think that is common with all Chick Fil A locations. Today they definitely made my day when they fulfilled my silly request for an order of as many waffle fry bottoms as possible!

Great food as always, served by a friendly staff is something we have come to expect at Chick-fil-A. This location leaves a bit to be desired due to closed entrances to the parking lot and very minimal parking in general. We had to park some ways away and walk there. Not really Chick-fil-A's fault but whomever selected this location didn't do their homework!

This Orlando chick fil a was not busy at all. Service was quick and meals were correct. I rarely have anything negative to say about this restaurant because they always deliver great food, and great service. Their prices are evenly w competitors.

Outrageously friendly staff! Order was more than correct… I always worry a little on accuracy whenever I get that bag passed to me through the window. Never had a problem at Chick-fil-A.

Me and my granddaughter went to this chick FIL a and we pulled up to the drive thru and the person who took our order was Sebastian and he was very polite, very kind, and patient he took our orders without a problem even with his speech disorder. The food could not have been better 10/10 for this chick FIL a.

Love Chick fil-a but this location is going down. Ordered a salad that came all wilted and they didn’t include any of the toppings for it and ordered some strips that were room temperature, dry and stale… very disappointed

This place has always been great, But why in the world does the kids playground still close to this day. I did understand why when COVID was on the loose, but now there is no reason what so ever why would it still be close, I spoke with the manager and he did not had an answer for what was it close, all he said was because it was ran by different managers above him. Now please explain why does other chick fil a and other franchisees are open and not this one, this supposed to be a kid friendly fast food restaurant. For the love of god answer with a good reason why is it still close. Thank you.!!!

The food here is always delicious, and the service is outstanding. Thank you guys, you’re always amazing. My favorite sandwich is the Grilled Chicken Club, the waffle fries are yummy 😋, I like it he salads too, but the best is the mac&cheese, I just love it!

Food and Service are quick and accurate most of the time and of course they're happy to fix any errors. The atmosphere has become chaotic since it's so busy, so inside you'll see a lot of staff coming and going. It's not a calm environment at all, but they're almost always friendly. That coupled with the kids play area being closed off is why I rated the atmosphere a little lower. It's a clean building and the bathrooms are usually pretty clean as well. Overall great location!

I've come here quite a bit. They always keep the drive through moving and they have never messed up my order at this location. Only quirk like most chickfila's the parking lot can get kinda hectic expecially sense so many other stores are nearby.

Used to be good quality food but order #8614419 was terrible they gave me the smallest and driest peace of chicken you can find smh chicken fil a falling off

I have to say, I’m a bit grossed out with the undercooked, almost raw bacon, that was placed on my salad. I’m a fan of this salad and have never been served this way. It’s rubbery and grey in color. Discarded the salad. You have to be careful with products such as pork.

Prices are going up while the patty’s are becoming smaller and smaller every single time we come! This is the last time we were here. Even the sandwiches we got were super small and way overcooked in the oil most probably from yesterday!

The parking lot is extremely frustrating. Coming from one direction they have every entrance blocked off and no indication that you need to turn earlier, into another businesses parking lot, to get to Chik Fil A. So i circled around all the closed entrances and left 🤷🏼‍♀️ why make it so hard for customers to reach your business? I can’t give you business if you make it hard to do so.

Every time I come for breakfast before work in the morning its always the same thing. I order the chicken biscuit and its as if its a day old sandwich. Also the chicken is very thin as well as the biscuit. Why is it I go to all the other locations, palm beach, the carolinas, north florida and they are perfect? Someone needs to look into this from higher up. Thanks but I cant come to this location anymore its not fair.

Had lunch here on Saturday dine in. My chicken sandwich looked and tasted like it had been recooked. I took it back and they gladly replaced it. Then I dumped my fries and they were half crumbs. I did not take them back. I ate in this store many times before I retired and I don't remember the food ever looking like this. I know they would replace the food but feel it shouldn't have been served like this to begin with.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickle…. They gave me NO pickle. Also the French fries were soggy. When I came all the way back they tried to hand me a side of pickle instead of remaking the sandwich all together. They made me feel like the bad guy. I will not be going back. Horrible experience.

I appreciate chick fil a! They hit every time. Especially this specific location. You can tell when school is out and the kiddos are working,… but I don’t mind a bit. Love you all.

Always like this place but today is the worst sandwich I got from them . Black of residues stuck on the chicken from dirty grill . I won’t be back and want you be aware before you eating in dirty food , don’t know how dirty it is .

We went for restrooms and a quick bite. We went in and went to use the restroom and left the bathroom was horrendous! Someone placed a wet floor sign in front of the bathroom where someone had " possibly played in their own fecal matter" everywhere! We did let an employee know the situation. We cannot speak for food as we didn't feel comfortable eating there after seeing this.

I love the food at Chick-fil-A. My problem was getting to it. Navigating into their parking lot was very difficult. I came off the main road (US 441) and went down the road between Chick-fil-A and Home Depot. There wasn't any way to access the restaurant because all the entrances were blocked off permanently. I had to go back around onto US 441 a second time and realized there is a small service road in front of a bank that should have a sign informing patrons that this is the entrance for Chick-fil-A. After all of that I still had to park in the Home Depot parking lot! Ugh!!!

Fries were mushy, and then nuggets left a lot to be desired. And we'll be the chocolate chip cookie had the textured and oatmeal raisin cookie. I've had decent Chick-fil-A this was not it.

Always delicious, trying to get my little one to stop wanting McDonald's happy meals and instead crave chick fil a, so far so good. The nuggets are actual chicken chunks and he's starting to notice how much better they are compared to McDonald's

Only received half my food. I called to get a refund but they refused unless I came back which would cost me even more gas. I even asked the girl in the drive thru if she gave me everything and she said yes. Train employees better and don't make people drive back to fix a mistake the restaurant made.

Big fan of chick fill A, this is one of the nearest restaurant close to my house and always have great experience here, Staff is very friendly and most of the time very fast, the store is usually very clean, food always taste very good to me.

They have gotten better but this is still one of the worst Chick-fil-a’s I have ever visited. I love Chick-fil-a’s. To bad this is the one by my house. At this Chick-fil-a ALWAYS check your order! It seems when I forget to check at this one, I get burned. After you get burned you have to come back and practically beg for your money back, they make it very inconvenient after they screw up.

Everytime i come the staff is always friendly accomodating and nobody is snarky like other ff restaurants. Thank you for the great experience! Its much appreciated to know we have a nice place to grab a quick meal/breakfast. EDIT: its been quite a while now, and google's asked me to update the review... well nothing much has changed! Their service still phenomenal, and food is always great! Ty for the continued great experience
