I must have caught them on a bad day.The front desk person was not helpful, nor friendly. The vet wasn't much better, and I don't think she gave the level of care our pet deserved. This bothered me so much that I didn't want to take our dog back to this clinic. There were more things that could have been done to help our pet heal quicker and feel better sooner. We ended up going to a second vet, and that's how I was able to determine this. I'm shocked to see so many good reviews for this place given our experience.

Extremely thankful for this vet clinic! I came home over a weekend and my cat was acting standoffish. I thought he was mad because we left for the weekend. When I picked him up he cried so I knew something was wrong. I called Ripple & Liebl and the receptionist was super helpful and nice, we were able to get my cat in right away and taken care of. Many thanks to the doctor & staff!

They are amazing. We have had to take two of our loved dogs to be put to sleep due to cancer. They are all very kind in this hard time. They let us stay with them as long as we needed. Me and my entire family appreciate them all so much

Dr Gleason is one of the best. She saved my kitkat 6 month ago when he was sick. He is 18. My dogs got their shots this week and they did not even cry. First time they have not cried when getting shots. She is very caring and compassionate. I highly recommend her.

Have been coming to this vet hospital for 50+ years with various animals of mine & my family. Simple trip this time for some specialty dog food...amazingly enough, they had it! Other places in town I called have yet to call me back.

I was helped by chris at the front office, she made our experience very fast & easy! Best office assistant & very good customer service!

Very friendly and sincerely care about pets and pet parents. Love how well they take care of my baby boy Ronald, he's always in pain and they were the ones to find out what was wrong and give us multiple solutions to help him feel better.

I was traveling from out of state with my dog. Really needed to get his nails trimmed. Called these guys and got us right in. Very nice tech gals that had no issues getting my Buddy all pretty.

Just came through and met the staff. Everyone seems to be very friendly and the others in the waiting room said great things about them.

They were so kind when I brought my sweet sick dog in. I live out of state and didn’t have a vet here. They took such good care of him, even though it meant helping him cross the rainbow bridge. The whole staff was so kind and compassionate and I cannot thank them enough for that during such a difficult time.

y’all do not call this clinics emergency contact line. My dog had been in labor for several hours however she did not show any obvious signs of pain. We had been waiting all day and at this point she experienced severe panting so we called Ripple and Leibl. It came to our attention that the fetus had position issues in the birth canal that was preventing the birthing process from progressing. The woman we talked to on the phone told us to wait until morning (13 hours) after their regular scheduled appointments. If we did what they told us our dog would have been septic and dead. Not only that, they YELLED at us on the phone and told us our dog was too far gone.

Had emergency. Vet and staff were amazing. Got my dog in quickly and took great care of her!
