Our little guy was complaining of a sore throat, and had a low grade fever. We were able to get in and out within 30 mins which made our visit so much better then past urgent care visits that had 2+hr wait. They were super friendly and kind to the whole family. They made our little guy feel comfortable while taking his swab. We will definitely be utilizing this location when needed since we have multiple children in the household and things do tend to pop up here and there with multiple children in the family.

I am visiting my son and his family in Medina. I am from Oklahoma. I had some health issues so I googled local Urgent care facilities. I chose this one because it had a very high rating. I scheduled an appointment which and was able to be seen right away. I was very pleased with my experience at this location. I want to thank Alexia the Administrator who greeted me and helped me fill out the proper insurance and patient forms. She was very nice, cheerful, professional and polite. Her position sets the tone for the atmosphere the facility gives off. Kudos to her, she sets off a great tone. Upon being seen I was greeted by Alinea and Brittney. Again, great attitudes, extremely polite which has a calming affect on patients. Both care providers were professional, caring and genuinely concerned for my well being. Thank you for making my visit a great experience.In Highly recommend this facility to locals and those of us visiting from out of town.

Highly recommend. It was so nice to be able to make an appointment. The wait times for the North Memorial urgent care clinics were all almost 2 hours and they fluctuate like crazy. I made an appointment for AFC for 2:20pm at 12:30pm and was able to wait for my appointment at home. I got to AFC a few minutes early, got checked in, and waited for about 2 minutes before a nurse called me back. Night and day difference from the other urgent care clinics. The nurse and PA were both good and I got what I needed to help me finally start feeling better.

I needed a strep test on the morning after Thanksgiving. They were the only place with online slots before late afternoon, and by the time I booked and drove over, they were ready. All the staff were very friendly, professional, and direct. Entering my info online from home was easy too. I had a great visit and a prescription at my preferred Walgreen's a couple hours later.

Found myself in need of a doctor while traveling. It was so easy to book a same-day appointment, service was fast, and staff and health providers were extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

AFC Urgent Care is extremely convenient and quick. I’ve been here for myself and my child and the staff are very kind and providers are competent and knowledgeable. I absolutely recommend going to AFC Urgent Care when you’re either outside of hours or unable to get in to your regular provider.

My daughter had sudden ear pain which I assumed was an ear infection on a Saturday. At 1230 I booked an appointment for 2 pm. We checked in at 145 and were immediately seen by the PA. Out the door by 2 pm with a prescription called in to the pharmacy. The staff was friendly and helpful and not having to wait in a crowded urgent care facility was a huge plus.
