Dr. Allen and all nurses and staff were very informative. They answered all of our questions and gave very detailed information. We are extremely satisfied with the care our daughter has received here!

Dr. Allen has such a positive vibe that he carries with him. He explains everything in my terms. He said what what needs to be done and gives me options and explains all options in detail if I'm uncertain on what I should do. Surgery was the best option and I was explained what they are doing in detail. Dr. Allen also gave e my daughter surgery and he did an amazing job as well. His bedside manors are amazing as well.

Dr. Botker, April, and all staff were very good. They were able to get my son in right away and made sure he had everything he needed in order to be comfortable after his surgery. They made sure we knew we could reach out to them anytime if we had any questions or concerns. Ireland, the cast tech was also very good. They may get overlooked, so I want to give a huge shout out to her. She was always making sure we were comfortable and got us whatever we needed. Thank you all!!!

Dr. Stevens and accompanying staff took great care to explain the procedure every step of the way. Seeing as it was performed under local anesthetic, they were very thorough and patient in getting are sufficiently numbed so there was virtually no discomfort. The entire team at OFC was fantastic providing post-care instructions and follow-up.

Excellent experience all around. Talked with me, not at me. Listened, but was direct & honest with delivery of information. I was given a patient specific short & long term plan with flexibility & options if needed. The years of practice & numbers of different injuries/patients seen by Dr. Botker is something that is irreplaceable. Top notch service.
