I will be contacting the quality number to describe the truly inhumane and belittling care I received and pursue further action from the MN nursing board. No one should ever be treated like I was today. This is not Healthcare when the doctors and nurses are actually doing harm to their patients. There are ethical and hippocratic violations happening here that need to be investigated, reprimanded, and/or eradicated.

We (I and my husband) have a very difficult time getting through to the clinic. I am currently on hold for 65 min. There voice recorder said to leave a message, or stay on the line. This is ridiculous and not exceptable. I am better off driving over and talking in person. There must be one hell on a line that they can’t answer the phone. Unhappy customer.

I wish I could give it less stars. I apologize if you have the misfortune of going here. You will get nothing accomplished dealing with any of these people from the receptionists to the doctors. The best you can expect from this place is a misdiagnosis.

Many thanks to this excellent facility and its kind staff. While on vacation at Mille Lacs Lake I had a fall and injured my leg. I could barely walk and was in great pain. I somehow limped to my car and to the clinic. The staff came to my car with a wheelchair, treated me like royalty, determined that this was likely the result of a badly sprained leg muscle. The clinic is fully staffed and fully equipped. The ER resident gave me a diagnosis and steroid shot to reduce the swelling. Now, four hours later I am in much reduced pain and can walk. I realize this treatment was palliative, but I really feel these folks saved me a lot of worry and pain. This is the best facility for miles, and I would gladly come again if I were ever in need.

We’ve always had positive experiences anytime we have been to the Onamia clinic. They are extremely accommodating with special needs children and will promptly place us in a room as quickly as possible to keep them from being overstimulated in the waiting room. Dr. Kruize is an excellent doctor, very dedicated and actually listens to your concerns and has a great bedside manner.

This is hands down the worst hospital and service I've ever seen I have pneumonia and have been trying to get in there ER FOR 2 DAYS I'm on an oxygen machine with no portable and after about 30 minutes. After being away from my machine I can't breath and they thunk it's OK to leave a person in the waiting room then i asked the er if i call an ambulance if I would be seen right away and they told.me they have no idea thanks JENNY in er ur great lol

Kathy F. (or S.- I'm a little hard of hearing) helped me contact a specific P.A.) What a breath of fresh air! She didn't try to hurry me through my questions and was not rude in any way .In fact, she.made me feel good about how my day was going to start. Hey, everyone who answers the phone on both ends, be nice, be kind. You just might help make someone's day a happy one. Kathy made mine. I'm still smiling! Thanks, Kathy.

Came here with a breast infection that had my completely drained. I have 3 littles at home and waited last min to go into urgent care. This was a Monday night. The staff did their jobs, and the doctor was amazing and very kind. I am so glad I feel better after some IV and antibiotics. Thank you. Also, there was a little wait, but we just moved up here from Minneapolis, where you're lucky to get into urgent care before 3 hours. So, 20-30 min wasn't bad at all!

My ENT specialist ordered a throat scan to be performed by this "hospital" on the 8th. Then I had to wait six business days to get the scan. Then another five business days go by and my ENT specialist still hasn't received the scan. Avoid this place - go anywhere else! I called radiology to complain and a woman there told me it's not their fault the scan was never forwarded from ML Health to the ordering ENT specialist. They treat sick patients like they're a big problem or hassle. They do not show any respect to the sick. They make patients call all around trying to chase down scans they claim to not have in possession. It doesn't help to be a brown-skinned person (American Indian) in this small-minded little area either. Not everyone gets fair treatment. Save yourself a ton of misery and go to any other place except ML Health System. Oh, then they have a bot or computer generated response to all complaints - how much more impersonal can they get?

Communication would be very helpful, get told it will be soon, never hear or see anyone for hours. Totally understand when trauma patients or critical patients are needed to be seen, so just COMMUNICATE to patients that are WAITING because of being told it would be soon. And what’s up with ONLY 1 doctor on duty, this seems unfair to that dr, having to run around seeing patients and unfair to patients being seen, hurry in , hurry out. Like stated before, understand emergency’s come up and if it was me I’d want the drs attention, but just let others know, we understand. When not knowing it gives bad vibes about the whole hospital & staff..
