Wonderful host, was very helpful and kind to us. Lots of enthusiasm too. The escape room we did (Apartment) was very fun, and we barely made it out alive lol. Highly recommend for people who want a good group activity with friends that requires working together. Typically costs around $35 per person but gets a bit cheaper as you add more people into your group. I gathered up 7 people (including myself) and we paid around $28 per person.

Super fun but super hard! Did TWO rooms in one night. Both were amazing but with only two people (one 13 yo) it was difficult without help. Staff was excellent in helping out and making our time fun. Would do again!

First time escaping an escape room, this place was wonderful! We did The Agency (great if you like spies or James Bond!) Jake was very friendly and helped us when we got stuck (without giving anything away too much so we still had the fun of thinking)! 100% going back soon!

We had a great time here for a celebratory staff outing. We did "The Agency" room. The story was engaging, the set exciting, and the experience was full of fun surprises and twists! The staff person who guided our experience was very friendly and made us all feel prepared and at ease, even though a most of us had never done an escape room before. They were also good about giving us hints when it was obvious that we needed a nudge in the right direction. We had a blast and finished the room with seconds to spare!

Great rooms, played all three in a row and the Agency was my favorite. Chris did a great job running the games and let us know any hiccups in the rooms in advance. Be aware that the Dig has many flashing lights if you’re photosensitive. The Apartment would be a good choice if you are worried about being claustrophobic, as it’s very spacious. The rooms all have places to sit and to hang bags/coats, which is greatly appreciated.

Loved it so much! Went with a group of friends, most of us had never done an escape room before! The host was really nice and it was so much fun and super engaging, some clues were elaborate some were subtle, it was a great!

Matt was a great host! Very accommodating to our group when we were a few were a little late. We did "The Dig" and it was very fun! We did need a few hints, to the chagrin of one of our party, but we beat it and it was well put together!

Our group had an absolute blast doing “The Agency” room! The riddles were different and complex, while still being engaging and fun. The James Bond theme was perfectly put together from the decor, clue pieces and technology throughout the room. Shout out to Dustin for being our “man on the mic” that was able to help us out when we got stuck. We were able to make it out of the room with only 8 minutes to spare! I would highly recommend Escape The Room to anybody looking for a fun group activity in Minneapolis! You will not be disappointed. We will definitely be back to give the other rooms a try!

I did an escape room here (Agency) and it was so much fun thanks to Dustin! We had an hour and we did it with just 2 minutes left (and many hints). Without spoiling too much, most of the clues were things you had to find, while some were more cognitive challenges, but nothing too hard. I would do this again!!

Such a fun experience! My group made it through and it was a good level of hard while not being too frustrating! Dustin was great :) Highly recommend the apartment room.

Great set design! Dig was very challenging. Did it with two adults and four kids and just barely finished in time! Nick was very helpful and gave solid clues. Would definitely do it again.

We went with our two children, ages 9 & 13. We had a blast! It’s a great family activity. It was challenging but not too hard. The guy running it was very friendly and helpful. He even called and told us that our son had left his phone behind. Definitely recommend!

Fun activity with my sister and her family. Nice icebreaker since we hadn’t seen each other for n years. Dustin was great!

Just had an amazing Escape Room experience with my SEM team in Minneapolis. Thank you Dustin, Lake and Jake for being superb hosts. I’m biased, I know, but my team rocked!

We did a team activity here and had a great time. Puzzles were fun and challenging. Some obvious, some not so obvious. Great experience and certainly recommended for an evening out together

Jake was awesome and provided a great experience for our first ever escape room. The puzzles were hard but eventually we were able to escape with a few hints. For only having 2 people I feel like we did an awesome job. Definitely recommend!

Our group did both the Dig and the Agency escape rooms in the same day. I had previously done the Agency as a work outing 4 years ago. Lucas was our fantastic Game Master and gave us a wonderful time in both rooms. Some of our group had never done escape rooms before but had so much fun in the first they wanted to do another. Lucas let us play and only helped when we needed or asked. His clues were helpful without being obvious. The Agency was slightly different this time than last time. I highly recommend Escape the Room and if you have the chance to have Lucas or play the Agency, do so.

Our family of four had lots of fun doing The Dig at Escape the Room! Our game master, Jake, was great about nudging us in the right direction when we needed it without giving too much. Looking forward to trying The Agency next time we’re in town!

It was my first escape room experience and I had a blast! Chris was our game runner and he was great, when we needed clues he didn't just hand out the answers, he pushed us in the right direction so we figured it out ourselves. The rooms were really well designed and cool, loved the Dig especially.

My wife and I took our teenage daughter and a few friends. The game master was amazing! He gave a few little clues just to keep the girls on track, but really let them succeed on their own. It was a great experience, and we’ll definitely do another room soon!
