I recently was in town and stumbled across a GOLD mine of a business! As I was browsing with my wide open eyes looking at all that ICE in the store! I was approached by a young man (His name was LOUIE) in the shop and had a great experience with him! He got me in and out and on my way but yet was not rushed! He answered all my questions I had and I had a great experience! His and along with others there had amazing customer service! Like one would call it like a DIAMOND in the rough! If I’m ever in town again I will for sure drop by again and hope to see all of the same faces I saw! Thanks again GUYS!

My experience at Ice Guys was nothing like what I expected from a pawnshop. The service I received was impeccable. A gentleman by the name of Art was the jeweler I worked with. His patience with me, made me all the more comfortable with making a purchase. I wasn’t being influenced to spend my whole bank account nor make a swift decision. Never will I ever get anything fixed here I brought my chain in yesterday aug 9th and they told me it will be fixed the next day aug 10th now I done called twice and my chain still not fixed Cadillac workers need to come back cause when they told me it will be ready the next day that’s what they meant they called me early and it was ready🤦🏽‍♀️ I shouldn’t have to wait this long when it’s a small fix🤬

I recently went to Ice Guys to buy a gift for my fiancé. Upon entering I was greeted in a professional manner by all the staff. Louie answered all of my questions (I had a lot) and helped me find that special item for that special someone I was looking for. 10/10 quality & service, will be back!
