I bought a Groupon for a 90 minute massage with Lux spa. I went ahead and scheduled this massage a couple weeks back. I get a text message saying, the masseuse can't make the appointment, we will call you tomorrow to reschedule. Sure, life happens. But I didn't get a call to reschedule for another two weeks. Finally, I get a call and reschedule my appointment. The day before, they cancel my appointment for a second time. The rep was not very helpful on the phone. I chose not to reschedule. I don't see this business going very far, especially with this blatant disregard for their customers' time.

I bought a Groupon and when attempting to make an appointment I was required to give a credit card. Since I was driving that wasn't possible, so I merely queried why, if I already paid for a service, that a credit card was necessary? The fast talking, short responses and seemingly overwhelmed 'customer service' representative stated that's the only way it works. Upon calls, in follow-up to redeem my already paid-for service, I never received a call back. Then, I received a text stating I was rude to staff and that they would respond to Groupon for them to refund me. 5 calls and the Groupon acquisition had me with a certain amount of investment by this time. When a credit card is required for an already paid-for service, post that on Groupon so there are NO peculiarities. Or, get more staff when using Groupon promotionally as I know for sure the volume of clients was not being handled professionally. Short, and fast-talking is a red flag for 'sorry, I use drugs' and 'can't handle you properly'... I am not the only one who has complained about them not being able to respond accordingly to calls for the services offered, purchased, or held by credit card. A call back to me smartly probing what the dilemma is would've solved all the issues here. Not exacerbating my frustration for the 'we won't work with you.. ' Not a well ran outfit.

Place is new so it has a lot to do, massage therapists dont wear uniform which can give the impression of not being professional, I got a relaxing massage for which I am still sore, not sure if the therapist knew this was not a deep tissue massage, I’m sure it’s good for your muscles but still not what I was expecting/wanting. Need more communication to make you feel comfortable.

I found this place on groupon. I had no issues with scheduling my appointment but because of our lovely Minnesota weather and other issues, I had to reschedule a few times. Elena did a great job on this tense and stiff back/shoulders of mines. Very sweet and welcoming. I left feeling so relaxed.

Wow! Wow! Just Wow! Hands down the best massage I have EVER had! Very knowledgeable! I normally ask for deep tissue (make me cry) and it’s never firm enough… I had to tap out and ask for her to not be as firm. I feel amazingly loose.

I have been to many massage people over my lifetime and this has been, by far, the best experience for a therapeutic massage. Yelena knows the body and musculature and can feel, with her healing touch, exactly where I'm experiencing issues and need work. I always leave my massage feeling better than when I went in.
