Very impressed and I’m hard to impress. Tom was (is) so talented! I came to my appointment with purplish rose gold hair. I wanted to get back to my “normal” color (dark blonde with highlights). I knew this would be difficult to pull off in one session. Tom was so thorough, understanding, patient, extremely knowledgeable and super fun to hang out with for six hours. I had complete confidence that he would accomplish what he could without frying my hair. He was able to pull out ALL of the purple/pink color without using bleach. He then colored my hair exactly how I wanted. He also did a fabulous job with my haircut. My hair felt so healthy and this was unbelievable after all the processing my hair went through. I had this same thing done a few months ago at another salon and they used bleach, didn’t get all of the color out, and fried my hair. I can’t say enough good things about my entire experience at this salon!

His 16 years of experience shines through in everything he does; from a riveting and relaxing shampoo/massage to lively and humorous banter during my haircut. I’ve been a client of Tom Pepins for longer than I can remember. He is a cut and color guru! The cuts and styling advice he gives me totally hides the fact that I have baby fine hair. Tom is a hair genius! He hides the gray in my brunette hair while keeping a depth and range of tones that is super natural looking and just right for my skin color and the season. He took my daughter’s brown/black hair to nearly platinum blonde (and then some fun colors later too) while keeping the hair healthy - amazing! His cuts are always perfect too, and he is a great guy. It is just fun to hang out in his chair and chat while he makes you look fabulous.

Tried to return an unopened product (hand lotion) within return policy window. Attendant didn't know how to process return. Came back another time, and closed. Came back a third time, and they said because it was outside the return window, they couldn't accept return. Explained the situation, then said because it was travel size couldn't return. Disappointing customer service. Won't return.

I have been very happy with cuts and color done with Maddie! She is very personable, listens to what I’d like to do with my hair, and executes well! My son has been to Fatima for cuts and he loves his hair every time! Feedback regarding setting: the waiting area is comfortable and lovely, but the non-stop phone ringing is not relaxing as you’re waiting for a service. It doesn’t seem to go to a voicemail after 4 rings or so, it just endlessly rings as the front desk women are busy doing other tasks. For everyone’s sanity, is there a way to send calls to VM or on hold?

I love this place. They treated me with first class treatment.

Schedule a cut and/or color appointment with Tom Pepin and you will finally stop wondering if there is someone better out there. I knew on my first visit with him that he is the most talented and skilled hairstylist I have ever come across. I have natural red hair that had begun to turn more white than red in spots as I aged. I was terrified that I would no longer have my natural red color. Tom has been working his magic with my hair for five years now and I get compliments almost daily on my hair. He’s talented, kind, witty, easy to talk with, and I always look forward to spending my appointment time with him. Each time I walk out of the salon I’m feeling and looking fantastic all thanks to Tom!

I had a wonderful experience with Avalon at the Eden Prairie location. She was kind and gave the best haircut I’ve had in recent memory.

New year at 2022, start from my new hair 😀！ Grace is young and outstanding hair stylist，I want her to style my hair as long as it's not too short. This is my first haircut in six year。 She made me sit in a comfortable swivel chair, she held my temples, looked at my head in the mirror for a moment, she says : thank you for not washing your hair（I'm worried about the smell of my hair ）， Then deftly cut with her scissors。After a blast of sand and fly rocks, the warm sunshine, rain and dew and the spring breeze blowing my face, I opened my eyes and found myself much younger then before . What a great artist and me, this is who I am.😇 Thank you so much Grace !!

From the moment I walked in and was greeted by her, I felt right at home. She knew just how to welcome customers and was so respectful and wonderful throughout. I have never had such an amazing facial in my life, all thanks to Beatrice's expert touch! My face is absolutely glowing after the facial, literally never looked better, and the massage portion was better than any professional massage with a masseuse l've ever had (and l've had a lot!). I will absolutely be back to see Beatrice.. this entire experience from start to finish was unmatched!

Fantastic massage - Sara was excellent. I would definitely visit her again….if she was in a different location. Two concerns: 1. Two locations: there are two Sanctuary Spa’s in the Eden Prairie, within 5 min of each other. I went to the one that popped up on waze, and it was the wrong one. This situation could have been avoided if I received a confirmation call that stressed the location address. 2. No wall insulation: while my massage was amazing, I could hear a stylist conversation word-for-word through the wall. If you visit, request a room that does not share a wall with the hair stylists.
