Good lord man. You know I confirm my order TWICE at the drive up. I pull up I ask and confirm the order a third time at the window so I don't have to empty the bag he re assures me yes that's correct I say are you sure ? Yes. Get home . Low and behold it's not correct missing items not made right. Get real.

Gave this location another chance. Fast and polite service but how they can consider what they gave me for hard shell tacos is beyond me. Have used the drive thru 2 times since the new location opened. Both experiences were not good. 1st time we figured they just opened and still had issues to fix. Just went again tonight. Gave them my debit card, she handed me my bag and I asked her for my card bag. She said she handed it to me which was not the case. She actually put it in the bottom of the bag with the receipt. When I mentioned it was probably not a good idea to put in the bag, all she could say was that she gave it back to me. No sorry. Just shut the door. Also found out was missing an item that was on the receipt. We go to the Taco John's on 42 near Savage and have had no issues.

DO NOT GO HERE I've tried being patient with this place, but it seems like every time I try and come here, the quality of service just diminishes. Drive through times are 20+ minute waits Employees drop my bag of food right in front of my car Soft drinks are out of multiple drinks during prime business hours (and they don't have any in stock) The thing that ruins the experience is the fact that they don't even put any seasoning on the potato ole's. I'm never going to this Taco Johns again

Tried to use the bathroom, both stalls had toilet paper outside of the toilet paper holder, including on the floor. I went and told them and the kid grabs a fresh roll....then sticks on top of the trash can. Do you realize the bacteria fest the trash can and floor is? I asked my husband if it was the same in the men's room and it is. This is completely disgusting and unacceptable and LAZY.

I didn't even make it into the lobby. The hours posted outside clearly says they're open until 10:00 pm. I was refused entry at just after 9:00 pm even though I showed the sticker to the employee ushering me out of the restaurant. I went to another restaurant instead. I was looking forward to eating at Taco John's since we were on vacation from Pennsylvania and don't have any at home.

Food is extremely salty. Potato Oles extremely salty. When salt taste bitter that’s heavy hand seasoning. The spicy steak & potatoes griller was also extremely salty and was not worth the price of $4 because it’s like a child made it and look nothing like the picture and there’s no zesty chipotle lime sauce or super hot sauce on it. It’s my first time trying and I should’ve gone to Taco Bell. Now, it make sense why there’s barely any cars at any Taco John location.

I went through the drive-thru and to start off, they didn't include the side of sour cream I ordered. I ended up having to go into the store to get it. After getting home, I found that they messed up the order for 3 soft shell tacos. They were supposed to be meat-only, and they put all ingredients on them. I then tried to call their store to talk to a manager, and they don't even answer their phone! Do yourself a favor - avoid this location at all costs. They are completely incompetent. Since I can't even speak to a manger to resolve the situation, both myself and my family will never go to this location ever again! Edit: I found that the shrimp tacos I ordered were also made incorrectly.

Horrible experience every single time in your drive through. Food is wrong or missing without fail. Wait times are aggravating. Staff is just there to collect a pay check and seems ill trained by management. Avoid this location, you are better off waiting in the line across the street at the Bell or going down the road to Taco Chon for an awesome and cheaper dinning experience.

The hard shell tacos were amazing. The potato oles are sooo good! They were fresh out of the fryer and seasoned great! The service was fast and the employees were nice. The atmosphere was my car, so can't really judge that one.

The drive-through line at lunch time is always very long, and they do not have a way to speed it up which is very unfortunate... You're just stick. Be warned, if the line looks long, it will probably take you a long time to get out of it! Go in to order or try somewhere else. However, I used to vehemently dislike Taco John's, and after trying them again here, I will say I enjoyed the food just fine! Taco Bell is still better, to me, but this is not the bad stuff I remember from maybe 10 years ago (or so)!! Plus I like the deals/rewards using the app. I wish there were a couple other dollar options besides just a cheese quesadilla, but overall this is definitely not a bad option for fast food.

Love the building, the employees, and the food. Never had a problem and their potato oles are cooked to perfection. Nice and crispy, how I like 'em and the perfect amount of salt. Might have to go get some now.

I got the street tacos and the shells were like.... Glued together in the packaging like it has been sitting there all day and it had the weirdest texture also room temperature. So confusing.
