This Taco Bell is always so skimpy. The cheese sauce containers are only 1/2 full on a good day. My Crunchwrap is all lettuce and tortilla. Our orders are never right/ never made right at this location.

this place is a hit or a miss on food quality. theirs some days i get what I'm expecting to get, then their day's I order and the ingredients that should be there , is a trace. Its like there's the "A" crew, witch is top notch and then i would say the "D" crew, and tonight at 5pm ish was the "D" crew was working 11-19-2023

Placed an order online. None of my chili cheese burritos were full and one had a crusty tortilla very disappointing. Also had a beefy crunch burrito. Was missing the extra nacho cheese and the creamy jalapeño sauce I added. Also wasn’t even full. The only thing that was right in my order was my Pepsi. Very disappointing. This is my 2nd time coming here and last time I had some of the same issues as well. I would not recommend using this Taco Bell.

They need to hire more workers. There is a waiting line of +15 minutes. Edit: got my food 30 minutes later with no meat in 85% of my Crunchwrap and disgusting undercooked tortilla. The meat is all lumped on the side and it is not enough for a Crunchwrap. The tortilla is cold and has an uncooked texture. I am 100% calling corporate Monday. I get that this is a Taco Bell, but this is ridiculous.

First occurence, I ordered two steak quesadillas and both had no steak it was ONLY cheese. Decided to give them another chance so I went back today since I was hungry. Again, I ordered two steak quesadillas and the anger that I felt when I saw chicken instead of steak. I am so done with this place.

We stop by every Sunday at about 11:15 am. Lately the our order has missing items and/or the food tastes old. Very disappointing. For the next couple of months we're going to find a different Taco Bell until things are fixed. I hope to revise this review as it gets better.

It's Taco Bell folks. If you need a review for this place - I'm guessing you've been living under a rock. All I'm saying is, make sure you got extra taco sauce at home because there's a 90% chance they won't give it to you.

Forgot two of my items. Been there a few times and the drinks always taste like the machine has not been cleaned in forever and the cinaball delights have been rock hard. Definetly the worst taco bell I've been to.

Workers were nice but the food was awful my fries were super cold. Felt like I was eating 1 day old fries same with the chicken chalupa. I asked for hot sauce and never got any. Worst place to eat at… waste of 7$

I'm not sure why we keep coming back to this location, proximity I suppose, but our order is almost never right. The chips always have an odd taste to them. Things are often missing from our order. The quality of the food is often poor. The staff is pretty friendly so that's a plus, but I think it's time for us to make a sacrifice and drive a little further

To start. The workers couldn't stop flirting long enough to communicate anything. Pulled up to the window and it was open. The guy stared at me while the girl laughed and then they slammed the door shut and then opened It to just stare at me again. I had to ask what my total was. Still not one word spoken to me while he gave me my change handed me my drink or my food. Then to get home and food looks like trash !! Waste your own money not mine !!! 😡😡😡 I'll never go back to this location. Food looks like it was make 2 hrs ago !

Went to buy a party box of 12 crunchy tacos and they didn't put enough beef ,lots of lettuce,so that taco bell in shakopee sucks ,,

I wish I would have read reviews before I wasted my time and money at this sorry excuse of a Taco Bell. I stopped on my way home to Prior Lake figured I would grab a few items to last a couple of days. I didn't check my bag and when I got home I see two items are missing. But the items I did get were disgusting and most of the food went in the trash so the missing items would more than likely been garbage as well. A total waste of $15. The girl at the counter acted like she was doing me a favor by taking my order and she seemed to not be quite sure where she was at. I know the employees probably don't get paid much but come on there's no excuse to behave like you just crawled out of bed after a night of hard partying. I will not go to any Taco Bell ever again as judging from these reviews nobody in this organization cares.

Its hit or miss. Theres a very good crew here and a horrid food born illness crew. Screaming through the intercom and hearing the employees laughing about it proves who gets hired here. Manager must be an idiot to see 2.8 as an average an make NO changes. Cold chili cheese burritos, cold meat is effing disgusting.

3 * 1/30 days I've had to go back to get my order fixed just tonight I went in and order to Burrito for my daughter who by the way as an allergy and I let the manager know that I ordered a burrito specifically without sour cream and of course made with sour cream which is going to kill her. I tell the Latina manager this she just gives me another burrito say here you go. Not an I'm sorry not a we will do better. No apparently know one can read in this store. Even when I dine in I have to watch them make it and tell them no stop read it right. This store is an embarrassment and thelly kill someone and not give 2 cents about it. Do don't waste your money here just go downt the road to taco johns where they know how to take care of they're customer.

So sad there's a low level of customer experience at the drive through for lunch on Friday. They didn't say my total before taking my payment, no niceties, no salutations. I had to ask if that was all in order to validate I received everything. Reminded me why I RARELY go here, even though I really like the DTL.
