** update- after getting a call from Kai at the store (thank you!), we tried CS one last time. No help at all. "All we can do is reorder" Beware! Worst customer service we have ever experienced at any home improvement store. At every level from retail rep to store manager, the unwillingness to help with issues or even pretend to care is prevalent for this location's customer service team. TL DR, Now on 7 reorders of flooring due to breakage totaling about 2500 dollars of product and still no recourse. Our whole home project is on hold because when you buy from this Home Depot, there's no guarantee that you will ever get what you ordered. Not one person in this location OR the CS that was called from the store is willing to help in any way with our now 3.month long wait for good flooring. We are taking the rest of our remodel to another retail chain or private company.

Amanda B. went above and beyond what I would have ever expected from an employee. She looked up the part I needed, went back with me to see if it was truly in stock (her phone showed there was 1 in stock). When we didn't initially find it, she asked a few other employees for their help. Eventually, after searching high and low, we found it! She didn't just give up when we didn't find it initially, she was determined to help me to the end, which she did when she went with me to the front of the store and rang up what I purchased. Amanda exemplified what customer service is all about and even went beyond what I would ever expect and employee to do. Thanks Amanda!

No tap and pay. I didn't have my card on me so I had to order online while in the store and carry my stuff to customer service to "pick up". Steven D was great but dang HD corporate, get it together.

Pros. Large store, more likely to find what you need. Lumber is indoors! No freezing your butt off trying to find the lumber you need. Your can get your lumber cut down. Cons: The store is often cluttered with stuff in the aisles, stuff being put away, displays ect. Aisles will be closed for a time while employees drive their lift. to me I feel like the customer is not that important. The store gets very busy, if you're working for a living and need to get in and out quickly it might not happen, again if the store wasn't so cluttered this might be better. If I choose the self checkout lane, I've made the decision that I'm smart enough to check out on my own and I don't need you hanging over my shoulder asking me constantly if I need help. If I need assistance people are smart enough to ask. No 5 hour energy at the checkouts when I'm having a long day. Parking spots for loading are always full. Prices are high!!

Has everything you'd expect from a home depot. My experience with the staff has always been pretty positive.

Love Home Depot and this location is very clean with friendly and helpful staff. However, I feel like every time I go in here, they've moved stuff around! So I end up walking around for what feels like miles before finding what I need and that's annoying. Otherwise great store

Highly recommend going anywhere but here if you’re getting anything that involves any coordination. This location contracts with door builders who don’t put doorknob holes in (not kidding) and find that acceptable, and most recently, they had an appliance delivery contractor who jacked up my dryer install and these geniuses can’t decide if it will be 24-48 hours or 24-48 days before they can get someone here to fix it. Sounds bizarre, but this was a real conversation with a rep from this store, and they genuinely weren’t sure if it was 24 hours or 24 days. Presumably it was the latter, because here I sit on day 8 after the install was originally botched up and haven’t heard one word from Home Depot or the delivery contractor. I certainly won’t make the mistake of giving this location yet another try at not screwing something up.

Recently ordered a snowblower through the Home Depot in Woodbury. They were supposed to give me a 1/2 hour notification prior to delivery. The snowblower arrived over 24 hours early without notification. It was dropped in our other driveway adjacent to our address before sunup. Literally. Woke me up. Went out to see what all the noise was and found a container that had been speared by a forklift right through the middle and leaking oil and assembly tools out of the bottom. The couriers were long gone, so I did not have an opportunity to either sign for or reject the delivery. Upon opening the container to see if the snowblower was salvageable, one of the forklift tines had bent a connecting rod and had pierced the body of the machine. I called Home Depot in Woodbury, explained what they did. The guy apologized, said that he would call me right back with pickup and replacement plans. After several hours, I called back and was told that "Home Depot is not responsible for their vendors" and that I would have to deal with the the vendor directly. Of course, then the argument started about controlling their sub-contractors and being responsible for products sold on their website. I eventually had to go directly to their corporate offices to straighten it out. Home Depot will refund my money, but not replace the machine. This is the second time that Home Depot Woodbury has not taken any responsibility for defective product sold on it's website. Not making that mistake again!
