Dental services have been very good, but this practice failed to notify us that their providers were no longer in our dental insurance network for over 1-year while we continued to see their dentists for our two kids and, unbeknownst to us, were being charged out of network rates. The insurance company confirmed that it is the dental providers’ responsibility to notify patients when their providers opt out of insurance networks. Camp Smile is claiming that it is the insurance company’s responsibility. EVERY time we saw one of their providers, they asked us if our coverage had changed (it hadn’t) and they failed to notify us that their providers were no longer in our network. Now, they’re claiming we owe them for the difference for a large sum. In principle, we will not go back to Camp Smile. They haven’t fulfilled their professional responsibilities and knowingly were charging us out of network rates without informing us that their dentists chose to leave our insurance network. If the amount was greater, we would be engaging our attorney.

The cutest dental office! The dentist we met with was great and was honest about whether or not my daughter needed her tongue tie corrected. I appreciate her honesty and also loved how pleasant she was :) we will be back when it’s time for my 6 week old to have cleanings etc!

We had a great experience here. Brought my one year old in today for his first visit and they were so good with him! We also went here for his tongue and lip tie revision. Same story. They were quick and efficient. We really appreciated their expertise with infants and toddlers. Only wish they were in network for our insurance. They dropped off our insurance network this year after being in network last year and we are super sad about that.

Super fun office, great staff, and most importantly a professional experienced dental visit. My daughter and I were very pleased with the appointment!

Love Camp Smile. Dr. Mary is great as are the dental hygienists. My boys look forward to the dentist, they get a token at the end for a little toy- for a vending machine with little toys. They love it!

Wow! They helped my little one feel so comfortable. No pressure for her first appointment. The office is super warm and inviting and helped my daughter feel welcomed!

We have been bringing our daughters to the Excelsior Location for a couple years now. Today, my youngest daughter, who is autistic, had a dental assistant go ABOVE AND BEYOND for her. Her sensory issues were met and exceeded, and she did amazing! I cannot say enough amazing things about everyone in Excelsior. Also, Abbi, the person who worked with her, went out of her way to make sure my daughter had options to get a different colored prize when she didnt get the color she wanted. This melted my heart. 10/10 people here. #BeTheGood

They got us in right away when my son complained of tooth pain. Dr. Allison was so great and the assistants and front are great as well. We always go to the plymouth clinic but the excelsior one was the only one with the same day appointment

We've been visiting the Excelsior location for about 2 years now and they've always been fantastic! They were able to put my son (4 now) at ease immediately and he's been a great patient since. My daughter (2) just had her first appointment. The clinic was willing to stay open a few minutes late to accommodate our tardiness (totally our fault), and then they were great with her apprehension and patient with her crying. The visit ended with them gifting her a pair of sunglasses to help cheer her up. They are GREAT and they really care about their little patients! 10/10 would recommend!

My 7 year old and almost 2 year old had a great time visiting the Dentist. The staff is patient and friendly and they make their little patients have a fun time.
