We’ve lived here for a few months now & cannot imagine leasing anywhere else! The complex is beautiful, modern, & affordable considering all the amenities included (and the fact that this place is brand new)! Our summer evenings are often spent enjoying the outdoor seating & fire area, riding the electric scooters, & enjoying the walking trails along the Mississippi that are close by. The staff (Team B) are extremely kind & personable as well. We appreciate all the time and effort they put into keeping the Bowline a fun community to live in!

We LOVE the Bowline! Friendly community to live in. Never want to move out!! Tiffany and Jason do so much for the bowline and us residents!! I lost my keys somewhere in the building and they took the time out of their night to help me look (even in the dumpsters) and even the next day! They always go above and beyond! Thankful to call this place my home!

I agree with the previous one star review. The “common area utilities” fee that is added on to your bill was never discussed with us. And even after they added more guest parking, the overnight guest parking is not enough spaces. They are almost always full. Upon leaving, we were charged over $100 for scratches on a stovetop griddle- damage from the previous owners. If you choose to rent here, be meticulous about noting any flaws when you move in. Take pictures and submit them right away. Our experience while living there was ok apart from the noise from 169, the crowded garage parking, and the issue with very limited overnight guest parking. Once you give notice, they will charge you for whatever they can so be careful. They turn from acting like they care so much about you to just getting as much money as they can from you. We were disappointed in the way Ashlea and Tiffany were so cold and dismissive to our concerns about being charged unfairly. It is very rare for me to leave a bad review. This exit experience was very disheartening.

I have lived here for 10 months now and just resigned for another year. I absolutely love it! The Bowline is so clean and well kept. It's right on the Mississippi River with so much to do. I use the shared areas for work from home all the time. Everyone who helps take care of the building and tenants are so nice. + sooo pet friendly. If you are looking for a high end apartment north of the twin cities, 10/10 I recommend The Bo.

Thank you so much for hosting the indoor Halloween event! This was our second year, and we hope for many more. The event is so nicely organized, and there is a definite sense of community. We really appreciate how amazing and friendly everyone is, from everyone in the lobby (who greet every person) to all of the residents who participate in the Halloween event.

My fiancé and I moved into the Bowline in summer 2022. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time living here and recently renewed our lease to stay another year. The building is lovely, the location is excellent, the amenities are fun. What really impresses us here however is the team that keeps this place running! Out of the many apartments I have lived in, this is one that aims to make a real community. From the manager, Tiffany (who is accomodating, a joy to interact with, and exceedingly hard working), to our maintenance lead, Jason (talk about friendly, efficient, welcoming and caring!) and all of the other amazing people who run the show around here, we have yet to find another apartment experience that matches our time at the Bowline.

I have visited the Bowline several times to visit friends. The building and grounds are well taken care of. The staff is incredible and make residents and their guests feel welcome. They host several resident events and are quick to respond to requests. I’ve personally interacted with the property manager Tiffany while on site and she’s a rock star! Highly recommend Bowline!!!!

Beautiful location, wonderful staff and top of line amenities! I love that it's minutes away from biking/walking paths, close to the Mississippi river for a fun day on the water and close to restaurants and shops. The entire crew makes living here easy with top tier service!
