Chaska Place Apartments is a very fine place to live. It's not upscale but it's clean and in good order. They keep it that way. The property manager and the entire staff consistently exceed my expectations. They are also very human and compassionate about the fact we all live here. It's warming to the heart that the staff is so easy to get along with, sometimes you forget they are working here. They feel like your best friends and family. I am so blessed. There's always a few tenants at any given time that aren't the most fun to be around, but that's apartment life for you! Can't pick your neighbors or your family. Chaska is relatively safe place, at least in this neighborhood. You can't control that either! I have lived a lot of places in my life. I have traveled a lot too. So, I know what's nice and what's not. For the price point and what you get in return, it's a fair bargain. I recommend living here to anyone and everyone. The amenities are ample and the furnishings are modern. Everything works. When things break, they get fixed quickly. There are rules here, and that's a good thing. So that's it folks, enjoy the show!

Chaska Place provides a warm, friendly environment! The amenities provide everything that you may need to entertain and have a good time. When my friends and family visit, they are always commenting on how it feels like I live in a hotel! It truly feels like a family here where everybody knows everybody and looks out for everyone around them.

It was an amazing experience with the entire team at the apartment complex. The assistant property manager approach was outstanding. The showing was great; the unit was beautiful, overall service was nothing but perfect. I would recommend the property and their management anytime any day.

Chaska Place is not just an apartment to live in, it’s a home and a community! The staff is present and supportive! The building is clean and maintained. The pool and hot tub are maintained perfectly, and a great place to meet other residents. We have hosted events in the Community Room, and we are so proud of our home! The Caribou Coffee in the hydration room is a great benefit, and I have met other residents for coffee. The apartment suites are beautiful for visiting family or friends. I work from home, and I love the option of working from other places in the building for variety. Chaska Place is an amazing place to live!

I had a tour and loved their common areas- they have game room, indoor swimming, catering option you can rent and short term units to rent in case you are having guests over. The reception areas clean and organized and the staff was eager to help. Great experience over all.

Any time we have a problem, it gets taken care of right away! My ring went down the bathtub drain and I asked for help. I had to leave and when I got back, my ring was on the counter with a card. That’s excellent service!
