Applebees is always a great stop. I come here with family a lot and we usually order multiple plates of the Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp which is amazing… cajun-seasoned chicken and blackened shrimp in buttery garlic and parsley, served sizzling on a cast iron platter with sautéed mushrooms and onions. Served with garlic mashed potatoes. and them following it is a chocolate lava cake dessert with ice cream. Only complaint are the drinks, i find them over priced and barely containing any alcohol. just tastes like $10 sugary water.

It has been years since I could talk my husband back into an Applebee's. We stopped in this one located in a shopping center. So glad he agreed to give it a try. The gentleman at the front door was so cheerful and pleasant. We were seated and acknowledged right away. The food was absolutely like the description stated in the menu. My husband was very pleased at this visit experience.

The food came out hot and delicious. The employees are all friendly. The menus are easy to skim and well organized. The music is way too loud in the entryway and the restrooms, but it seemed fine in the dining area. The food was worth the price. Nice experience.

Went to lunch with my mother right around the noon hour. We weren't met at the door or acknowledged for about 4-5 minutes. Then we were seated and finally ordered about 10 minutes later. The food was great. I had to get up and try to find the waiter to get some more coffee. It really want that busy at the time. So the service was so-so. My mom still gave him a good tip. She said she's just grateful for the people who are working. The Artichoke do was good too.

Very nice location. We sat at the bar and was greeted immediately and told about happy hour specials. Took our drink and food order and kept checking in on us. Food was fast, hot and delicious. Very friendly service

Went to Applebee's Knollwood for my girlfriend's birthday at about 10:30 - 11pm. Not too busy, hostess and server were very friendly and on their game! Everything we ordered was really good, how can you go wrong with chicken wonton tacos? However there was a young toddler screaming and throwing a fit the entire time we were there. That sort of put a damper on our experience as long as other patrons as well. I understand if it's lunch or dinner you should expect there to be a presence of children but this was at 11pm, like why would you bring your child to Applebee's that late? I felt bad for the child I could tell he was tired. Other than that it was amazing! Seriously if you've never tried the chicken wonton tacos you are missing out big time.

When my fiance and I entered, we were first greeted by an older white woman who used a racial slur about how slow the service was at that particular moment. Once seated, we waited for about 10 minutes with no server so we left. Will not be going back to this particular establishment.

It was probably 30 minutes after opening. I had a warm rice bowl and a bloody mary. They were simple but tasty and the price felt like a bargain compared to competitors. The staff was friendly. The bartender was also my server. I think he was the only server, but he was attentive to all his tables. It was only 4, but they were spread out. He was very good at his job. It was a relaxing addition to my afternoon. Thank you!

Way too cold, food was mid, and the place is understaffed. After our first interaction with our waiter, we sat so long that we just ordered our meal on the device. Waited super long to get our food and anticipated getting dessert but we had already waited for eons to eat. So we decided to pay on the device and leave.

I used to live not too far from this Apple bees and was one of the best ones. Now not so much service was a 5/10 Was attentive because we were at the bar but the bartender didn’t listen to my order so my food came out not how I wanted it. Food 1/10 I asked for wings fried hard sauce on the side. The wings were soggy and put the sauce on top. And the pretzels were Burt and the cheese sauce was watery

Went for dinner Saturday night 12/10 and ordered a steak medium rare that came out raw in the middle. Mashed potatoes were some kind of frozen liquid. Sent it back to be cooked, by the time it was brought back out the rest of the table was finished eating. The new steak was completely burned up and inedible, with so much salt poured on it that it was actively disgusting. While the service was fine, there was no offer to take this item off the bill. Whoever is in the kitchen should not be allowed anywhere near food as every aspect of this dinner was horrid.

Used to live the Asian salad - haven’t been in years - it was horrible, I don’t know what they did - I will not need to go to one again for a few years again

I don't go to applebee's much and I won't be going back anytime soon. The service was so horrible it was illogical that a chain as successful as Applebee's would even employ servers as lazy and inattentive as the man that waited on me and my father on veteran's day. We sat there for 7 minutes before our server even bothered to come to our table... it was not busy at all. It took 12 minutes to get our drinks... yes 12 full minutes. The next time we even saw our server was when the meal was delivered and when I wanted a refill i had to ask the hostess and never saw the server again until it was time for him to stick his hand out for a tip. I was embarrassed to be there with my veteran father and will NOT be going back. Shame on you Applebee's. Hire competent staff. The food... just horrible as well, and the floor was disgusting and the table we were seated at was not even clean. Feel bad I have to leave 1 star.

Was in town on business and went before a meeting. Got a fried chicken club type sandwich with the chicken being overcooked with the breading being kinda hard. However, the hostess at the front that seated me saved the day. She was a very hard-working young lady with some cool raver bracelets I remembered from my younger days that probably, no really does deserve a raise! This was around lunch on Tuesday, 8/15. Kudos to her and may she go far in life!

Ordered one of the Watermellon redbull tea after being recommended it by waitress. It came out a completely different color than the photo showed and it was not very tasteful. I ordered a steak and it was a horrible cut. It was almost completely grizzle to the point I could not even cut it.

We were greeted beautifully by the host, that was the best part of dinning there. The food was good but we missed a few items of our plates, but were brought later. But even with that we had a good time. We will definitely go back 👍

Applebees is always a safe place to eat when in an unfamiliar city. Food is always hot, tastes good and beers are cold. Places like this always have locals that come everyday. Little did I know, that this was one of the best dinners I had because of the service and the friendly locals that made everyone that walked through the door feel welcome. The patrons make this a place to be.

I've loved coming here for years now! Even after they moved locations. The service is always excellent even when they're short-staffed, everyone is very friendly and attentive. The food isn't Michelin star worthy, but is still delicious and inexpensive for a night out or as a solo dining experience.

Food was decent but our server was horrible. I won't name her because I heard she was new. She messed up our bill about 5 times no joke and lacked confidence, also 2 times our food was taken to the table behind us which I think is disgusting to have another party talk over your food.

Our server was awesome. My issue was that first when my friends and I walked in, the hosts had no idea what they were doing and they left us standing there for 5 minutes on our own with no detail. There was no communication. Keep in mind the restaraunt was not busy and was also over staffed. The host was clearly very frustrated and not happy to help us. Then when we finally got seated, my friend ordered the quesadilla burger and it was NOTHING like the photo on the menu. Definitely only half of the size. We also asked for no pink and there was lots of pink.

Our waitress was training a new waitress. It felt like she needed to be the trainee. Took about 10 minutes for drinks, then those needed to be replaced because of a machine problem. Get our order taken for 5 people, needed to repeat 3 of them. We had to order her way, and a few items came out wrong, part waitress, part cook. 2 pastas and a burger. Pastas were a bit dry, my burger was fine besides the wrong fries (waitress). Quesadilla was missing the chicken and barely any cheese at all (cook). Was charged $2.99 for the waffle fries which I had to wait for when the menu says $2.29. Quesadilla came with the food not as an app and had to wait for that as well. With a tip, this place is a joke at $73 lol. We didn't order that much but we got a bit of a hassle. They weren't very busy so that wasn't an excuse. I've just never really had the best times at Applebee's, that's why I don't go there very often.

Great place to go with friends and family. The menu is very straightforward and has pictures for most items, There are several great deals, like 50% off certain appetizers and the legendary 2-$25 and 2-$30 menu options with a free side. Unlimited refills and really nice staff and management. The tables were clean, the bathroom was clean, and the only issue I saw was maybe a little long of a wait on food, but that's everywhere lol would go again.

Applebees, in general, is a place of last resort for me. As "the" vegetarian in groups going out, I try to push friends anywhere else we might find food. They have very little here of interest to non-carnivores. Further, what I can eat at Applebee's tends to be overly bland and tastes like it came out of a can. This most recent outing-- my first in over a decade of avoiding Applebee's-- only happened out of convenience when another restaurant was closed. It had great service from friendly staff, however. Thus, instead of one star, I give it two. Good service goes a long way. A bland, bad franchise that doesn't appeal to anything beyond the lowest common denominator, however, is probably going to fail eventually. I'll be dancing on Applebee's grave when it does. Who wants bland food, narrow options, and a bland restaurant catering to a flavorless suburbia? The food has no flavor. The margaritas are watered down. Applebee's is the epitome of white suburban chain-restaurant "boring."

Arrived at Applebees with a party of 5 . We had no reservation but the team at received us width open arms and gave us their all. It was less than 2 hours to closing time, but we were treated to all we asked. It was a pleasant treat.

Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. Everyone that works there are very nice and helpful. We could actually carry on conversations and hear what the other people were saying. We will definitely go back again. Food was good and decently priced.

I went to Applebee's around 5 pm on a Friday. It wasn't busy at all. My fiance and I both ordered drinks and they did take a while to come, but they tasted good. I was also given the wrong drink at first and had to request a new one. We also did two sets of wings that were both pretty good. Our server was nice and checked on us a few times so I'd rate Applebee's 4 stars.
