Very good option in WBL area. Nancy Drake and Laura provided excellent customer service I've experienced in recent times. I'm glad that the service they provided helped me to register my kids in swim lessons on time. Really appreciate your help Nancy and Laura! I was struggling getting answers about my insurance reimbursement from Maplewood and eastside and Laura at the front desk went above and beyond to get answers for me. She even helped me with submitting an application for financial hardship due to losing my job. I am so appreciative and am hopeful that my family and I can continue a membership here. I love the classes, instructors and child care here too!

BEST YMCA in the area. Great crew always keeps the place clean, safe, and secure. Huge pool area very well monitored. Weight room facilities are spaceous.

Very pleased all around with the visit. Large pool with plenty of lanes and a great area for kids to play. The window from the cardio machines upstairs allowed me to keep an eye on our daughter while she swam. There was only one bench press, which seemed unusual for how much there was in the weight/cardio room. The women's locker room was clean and the floors were dry. We're visiting members, and were very happy to have found this Y to use on our Thanksgiving trip!

The staff at this facility are all exceedingly friendly, professional and kind. The facility is always extremely clean. During Covid, I can honestly say that this facility has the best cleaning standards and safety protocols out of any YMCA or any facility open to public. As an outdoor ultramarathon runner, I can say it’s the cleanest facility in the metropolitan area. Staff and customer service are quick to assist with any issues.Thank you.

Just got a full membership with the Y this past week after going through the 5-day trial the previous November (2019), and having lived in this neighborhood for 22 years growing up. Overall, a really nice facility that I think everyone should try out at least once. Schedules for open and lap swimming are often confusing and hard to understand -- one pool can be entirely closed during one period of time, where another can only have five people at once. I do appreciate that staff are kind, knowledgeable, and willing to help when you ask for it. It's also nice to see how full the facility is with the ongoing pandemic, making it easier to decide whether or not to go to your "home gym," or to head to a different site.

I enjoy the pool and workout area. The only thing that was disappointing to me was the fact that people were able to come into the pool area in their street clothes, strip to their swimsuits and jump into the water without taking a shower. Doesn’t seem sanitary. Does this meet health regulations?

Open only 45 minutes for lap swim? Won't be able to get much value from my membership when there are so few available times to swim when our schedule allows. Feeling over-priced and inconvenient.

They are hard to deal with when it comes to delivery making it mote work for the delivery guy. All other YMCA are easy, drop pallet of product and drive.

Great y Good staff of lovely facility

Need someone to clean equipment when the member leaves. Members should not be wiping down equipment. The Y and The City can afford to pay someone during the day.

There is only one lifeguard in the am, so most days the pool is only available until 7:45 when the water aerobics class enters. Some days the pool is closed because there is no life guard. The a.m. life guard on duty once yelled at me for an innocent mistake. I pay too much to be treated that way. Other than that, the facility and desk staff are great.

Love this YMCA. Facilities are clean and there are a lot of classes and equipment options.
