I had been looking for my first Rolex for the last two years. Not very hard but looking. This year I turn 50 so I’m feeling some urgency. So one day in April my daughter had a dance program going on over by R.F. Moeller’s. My daughter and I stopped in and had a talk with Lindsay. I told her my story and she said she would get me on the list and she would try to get me a watch. Long story short 2 1/2 months later I’ve got a Rolex submariner with date on my wrist. If you are wanting jewelry or a Rolex- you need to talk to Blaze! He procured my grail watch, a GMT Master ii Root Beer in less than 4 months and a box of chocolates. If you know anything about these watches, you know that these are really tough to get. It is a pleasure to go in the store and talk about watches and they have a great selection of jewelry as well. I can't speak highly enough about the store and Blaze. If you are in the market for a high end Swiss watch this should be your first stop.

This was my first experience with R.F. Moeller, and my needs were actually quite simple. I needed a batteries in a few watches, and I had questions regarding a Rolex I inherited from my father. Great experience - would highly recommend. I was interested in purchasing a new watch. Matt Mulcahy was extremely helpful. He walked me through the collection and helped me narrow down my preferences to two different watches. He was very upfront and warned me about the known inventory issues and asked for my patience. I reached out this week, to ask him a question about the watch market, and he called back to say he had great news and that my watch had arrived. Stopped in today and picked up my watch. I walked in needing a new watch band and Jarrad was very helpful and friendly, and he replaced the band on my watch as well. They had a nice selection of leather bands on site for me to look through and it was not hard to find one I liked. I went in to have some lose pearls strung for my daughters wedding and Carrie's expertise was extremely helpful in selecting the right design & style that will work for the size pearls I have, and also fit my daughter's elegant simplistic style. The turn around time is very quick and the pricing was more than reasonable. She also took the time to fix a bent ring, clean my wedding ring and confirm the value of a few other pieces that I brought in, none of which were even purchased there, at no charge. I know where I'm sending my husband for any and all future jewelry purchases... hopefully starting with a gorgeous custom fit eternity band for our anniversary that I saw there.

Matt, the rep who took care of me put that thought to rest. I received a detailed claim receipt exactly describing my property. I was scared To send my Rolex in for repair. I thought oh man what are they gonna come Up With for hundreds of Dollars of repairs. But instead I Chad! He let Me Know the minute it was received. A couple days later he let me know they were going to check It out. Then he let me know the watch ran great and the repair was minor. He said the watch was beautiful and he’d have it back to me asap. I brought my wife’s diamond engagement ring in with a broken prong. The person who helped me examined it closely and found that most of other prongs were worn down and very weak. He recommended to replace them all and that platinum was a good option rather than white gold because of its strength. I never would’ve known that and I want this setting to last long enough to pass it on to our daughter. I appreciate the expertise and the fine craftsmanship that went into this setting. It was perfect. They called me when it was ready just as they said they would, and within the time period they promised as well. Their store is beautiful and the service was extraordinary.
