Drive thru is slow. Food is NEVER hot/fresh. Went to this location today and yet again disappointed. I even asked the cashier for fresh fries…she said “they are fresh” which was a lie. I’m done wasting my money on garbage

Went before lunch rush got half of my large fries went inside to show them what I was given worker is going to tell me “I don’t get it what’s wrong with your order” manager was useless

Everything received as ordered and fresh. A little more expensive than other McDs as all meals were automatically upsized to large.

If you want bugs/ beetles in your drink than I would recommend going here!

We ordered and they said we had to wait for Fry's. We pulled forward and three cars got their Fry's after us. We went in and the Fry's wee sitting there. When we ate, no requested sauce, and soggy fries. Possibly not coming back.

Tried out the mobile ordering. No complaints. Placed my order and pulled into the designated parking spot. My food was ready in about 5 minutes and I got to go hone and enjoy it. Everything was delicious and you could tell it was made to order.

Staff was very helpful and nice. Food was fast and good.

The gentleman working drive-thru on Jan 7th, at 10am, deserves a raise. Quite delightful. Made my day!

Went through the drive through. Only was taking cash, the person taking the cash dropped my change on the ground. Didn't say sorry or anything, very unfriendly. McRib hardly had any BBQ sauce on it. Definitely won't be going back there.

Chae was fantastic!!!! I had a big order and he was very helpful and made sure everything was in there. I have to say he was the best McDonald's Manager I have meet

Went through the drive thru, they took forever to take peoples order & when I got home i realized they completely forgot to give me my order of ten piece chicken nuggets. So always make sure to check your bags

This location was so friendly and clean! The manager, Chae, and his employees were very attentive and kind. He even gifted my 2 sons with extra Happy Meal toys ❤️ Totally made day!!

They've given my mobile order away several times where I've had to wait for them to remake it and often do not include everything I ordered. I'm not getting what I pay for and more often than not they lack professionalism

They ordered Domino's for delivery, and then complained twice because they ordered a half cheese half Hawaiian specialty pizza and couldn't comprehend why there were red peppers despite the fact that that's how the pizza is made. They then asked for it to be remade and complained once again that it "wasn't made right", and then they got a refund only for a rogue employee to call and threaten us with physical violence because we refunded them in all quarters. I used to go here between classes because it was fast and easy, but I don't think I'll be there anymore. I will say the food is good though, when it's made right, which unfortunately is rare. They never mess up the nuggets though lol

I can in having a panic attack requesting an emergency service of French fries to build my sugar level back up. Sandra and Abbey were very fast, kind, and didn’t even accept my money for the fries that I had out. They truly did this out of the kindness of their hearts. Truly recommend coming here for not just fast service but real friendly service. Thank you both for saving my day and restoring my faith in humanity.
