Absolute Crooks and con artists! They don't tell you before or have any signs posted but then if you get back more than $100 they take about 15 minutes to process and then give you a check. They claim it's the law but I've gotten so much money well over $100 and know that it's not the law it's just their stupid policy. Don't go there! Dishonest and unprofessional

Check in at office. The guy did a great job of loading my trailer. Was easy to balance the weight. Scale was accurate, as I checked it again at the Pilot 2.5 miles away. Took about 90 minutes to get loaded. Security lady was nice and friendly.

Brought them some old parts from my jeep. Gave me $1.80 for a copper heater core, $0.60 for an aluminum AC evaporator, $5 for 25lbs of sheet aluminum, and tried giving me $11 for an OEM big catalytic converter which other places will pay 5x that for a cat. No good.....
