Love our local Zaxby’s! Staff is amazingly friendly and efficient. Food is always great and the dining room is always clean and decorated for the season!

Stopped on our way to Myrtle Beach. Great food and clean bathrooms. Pleasant servers. The servers were great. The manager apologized for the wait and I told her no apology was needed. They were all doing a great job with the Sunday lunch crowd. Food was hot and presented well. I would recommend using ranch for the kids meals because they are not a fan of the Zaxby's sauce. The kids like that the ranch cup is large and that the strips easily fit . A family favorite are the fried pickles. Yummy. Also the kids love all the options of the drink machine. Wow. The options are endless. Great location. Again great food and clean bathrooms.

This was our first time visiting this restaurant on Saturday, November 11, 2023 in the afternoon. We went through the drive-thru and the young lady waiting on the cars outside was outstanding. She provided good food recommendations and service with a smile. We loved the crinkle cut French fries. I had the chicken sandwich which was very tasty. The sauce was okay. The funnel cake was good but I would recommend that you get extra powdered sugar. The crispy chicken sub was good. We would go back.

Ashley was extremely kind and friendly and got our order to us fresh and hot. Hit the spot perfectly after an 11 hour drive and we were highly satisfied.

Unfortunately the dining room was closed, so drive thru only. The chicken sandwich was extra dry but the rest of the meal was excellent.

It had been years since I'd eaten at Zaxby's, but it was spirit night for my kids' school so I figured "why not". I ordered online and picked up. My kids were happy with their chicken finger fingers. I had the buffalo bleu salad, and it was really good. The employees were very organized (drive thru was extremely busy) and friendly.

Taking orders kind of backed up the line where people on the other side couldn't get around. So if they find a way to free up some space it'd be more free flowing. The person taking the orders was super polite and nice at the time. She did a really good job.

First time visit to any restaurant in the chain. The location was extremely clean. Staff was very friendly and super helpful with questions. GLUTEN FREE: Limited options and cross contamination is possible and probable. I appreciated the local sports memorabilia on the walls as well as the TV'S to news and weather. Overall the food was good. Fries were a little mushy. Wings were good. Buffalo dip was the best of what we ordered. Order was correct and came fast. Bathrooms were clean.

Waited for a long time for our food. Five cars behind us came and went before we got our food. One of us ordered a fizzy fruit punch & got what we could only guess was Mello yellow, who knows? We had 2 dinners with Cole slaw, got one set of utensils, 4 drinks, got 3 straws, I mean ... really? It took as long as it did and they STILL didn't get it right. Not good ...

First time and last time at Zaxby’s. Chicken fingers and fry’s were just okay. Coleslaw was dry chopped cabbage with nothing else in it. Their dipping sauce choices are Zaxby’s sauce or Zaxby’s sauce. Some blu cheese or ranch would be preferable. Background music was Christian rock to which We don’t listen. It was just annoying. The highlight of the night was a panhandler asking for money at our table and again in the parking lot. I reported it to the staff who just shook their heads and said “okay” I didn’t feel at all comfortable for my wife’s safety there. The two star rating was only because the staff was friendly. This place has a million dollar style name with a dollar style menu. If you’re looking for a little chicken shack, There are plenty of better options available.

Zaxby's has the best 'fast' food chicken tenders around. Whenever we're passing through the southeast the closest Zaxby's is one of the first things I look for. The tenders are usually my go to order, but everything else I've tried has been good, just not as good as the tenders. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. Service can be a little slow sometimes, but it's worth the wait.

Came here for lunch on my break. The staff were all very friendly and attentive to my needs. My order came correct and the food was delicious. Particularly the chicken sandwich. They also had the place very nicely decorated for the holidays. A beautiful tree and lots of stockings lined the walls with pleasant music playing. Definitely deserves your business!

Every time I come everyone is so nice and sweet. The staff is always willing to help and wait time is always reasonable. Today wait the food came out fast and hot! Great place!!
