Bad
service
will
ruin
a
restaurant.
The
food
is
great,
but
the
service
and
experience
is
terrible.
My
family
has
been
coming
here
since
2019,
at
least
once
a
week
and
we
loved
them.
They
moved
to
the
new
location
and
ever
since
we
haven’t
been
treated
like
valued
customers.
First
incident-
waited
30
mins
to
be
seated,
that
was
no
issue
as
they
had
only
been
opened
at
new
location
for
2
weeks.
Sit
down,
we
have
no
silverware
or
napkins.
Waitress
came
took
our
drink
orders,
came
back
with
drinks
said
she’d
be
back
for
food
ordered.
Waited
15
mins
until
she
finally
came
back.
Again,
they
were
busy
so
we
let
it
slide.
Placed
food
order.
My
whole
party
ran
out
of
drinks,
even
ate
the
ice
from
being
so
thirsty.
Waited
an
HOUR
for
drinks
to
be
refilled.
Our
waitress
didn’t
check
on
us
not
even
one
time
after
she
gave
us
the
drinks.
We
left
before
the
food
came.
Told
the
owner,
she
gave
us
the
drinks
on
the
house
and
apologized.
2nd
incident-
Sat
down
pretty
fast,
was
extremely
hot
in
the
restaurant.
Yet
to
figure
out
why.
No
napkins
or
silverware
again
when
seated.
Had
to
ask
for
them.
Giving
our
food
order
to
the
waitress,
I
asked
what
were
the
sides
with
the
kids
meals
she
said
“just
fry’s”
I
said
“oh
okay
on
the
menu
it
says
you
can
choose
a
side,
but
that’s
fine
we’ll
take
fry’s.”
Asked
for
ice-cream,
they
had
no
ice
cream
even
though
it
was
on
the
menu.
Got
our
check,
they
charge
for
water,
even
though
it
was
no
where
on
the
menu.
The
kids
meals
come
with
a
drink,
waitress
charged
for
kids
drinks.
Waitress
was
a
young
girl
and
wasn’t
very
friendly.
3rd
incident-
placed
a
to
go
order,
started
to
place
3
kids
meals
to
go
and
was
told
“we
don’t
place
kids
meals
to
go
because
we
can’t
see
the
kids
in
person.”
Now
I
have
a
large
family,
we
always
do
to
go
orders
due
to
having
small
kids.
I’ve
NEVER
heard
that
before!
A
bogus
rule
and
honestly
that’s
the
finale
strike
for
me!
