DONT, bad carpets when I moved in stains everywhere, broken sliding door, 2 leaks from the ceiling that they just spray painted over (hopeful the ceiling lasts) and water coming out of my light switch that never got fixed after calling corporate. $1250, don't do it. I know they are trying to make it better but i am still upset about the condition they gave me for this apartment. It was gross. They show you a nice place for showings then you get a .... I know that you are trying and I appreciate that but don't give someone a closet with hair hanging everywhere and shelves in the closet that are broken and a back deck covered in dirt. Again I do appreciate you are trying to make things better. Also dead bugs in my light fixtures. I just ask that you put a little more effort when someone moves in. I do appreciate the new trash service and the pool did look good compared to last year. I'm just being honest not trying to be rude.

Renters beware! This apartment complex is old and run down; the staff doesn’t take care of the premises, and they will refuse to disclose or provide a breakdown of fees or ledger when requested. The rental portal does not show charges but only payments tenants have made but somehow the balance keeps INCREASING. Where did $300-$500 come from in fees? Especially when it’s been communicated about payment arrangements; now I am be bullied to pay $4500.00 when initially my balance was only around $3K; I could’ve had that paid this month but they keep tackling on additional mystery fees. The staff is a joke honestly because they will say one thing and do another!!

The positive reviews are written by the staff. Believe the bad ones. No one lives here or who ever lived here like this complex. This apartment complex is the worst place I ever lived. The leasing agents are tone deaf, they ignore their residents complaints, their “corporate” office is considered slum lords in other states so they do the bare minimum here. You have to call them multiple times for hours to get an answer or you want get one at all. No resident likes to interact with the office because it’s always an excuse, they treat us like numbers and not people. If you don’t have to move here, don’t and they have lots of bugs and you’ll probably move into a dirty apartment with old paint and mold in your toilet. The neighbors are also very “sketchy” as again, they don’t care about safety just money. The cops are always here ever since Dasmen took over. DO NOT MOVE HERE if you can go else where. Do not be fooled by these stars and what you see when you visit. TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE and I can’t wait for my lease to be over.

This is not their fault at the complex but I heard a guy yelling at the park that backs up to the apartments complex and yelled stop 3 times then 8 cop cars in front of my apartment. I hear gun shots now 4 times since I have lived here a year. Mcapline park is unsafe and the gas station around the corner got robbed the other night. Unless you’re used to this.. be careful! I’m honestly worried for the workers in the office. Look at the crime rates before you move.

I've lived here for over 3 years and I love it here. The apartment manager Kyra has been so pleasant to deal with from the time she was a leasing agent all the way up to now that she is an apartment manager. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, the location is great! And I love that it's close to the trail.

I was in north carolina with a friend and i accompanied her while she viewed an apartment and Joscelyn was the nice young lady who showed us around!! She was very sweet and polite and even made me want to move in!! all the apartments were lovely and the service was great :)

I’ve been at the complex for almost a year and can see the changes in a good way in terms of the leasing office and property manager. Kyra has done a great job transitioning into the property manager position. She has communicated with me very well and is prompt in getting things fixed! I have had some serious issues with the payroll system at my job and have had to make quite a few past due rent payments and payment plans. Kyra has been so understanding in allowing me to be able to make partial payments or late payments. She has always communicated efficiently and quickly when having to deal with my mess of a payroll situation. The only main complaint I have is the complex is old and needs a complete overhaul in redesign. I understand that Damsen has to be the one to do that and that the leasing office doesn’t really have the authority to do a whole lot, But the maintenance guys are fantastic and are prompt and efficient when fixing problems. This is not a bad place to live, especially since Kyra and the staff have done an awesome job trying to maintain these apartments the best they can!

The office staff are so sweet. They helped me with every step and every question I had. Josyln is especially awesome! They we were even able to get me an apartment close to the park and dog park because I have kids and dogs. I moved in few days ago, but I love it so far. The neighbors are friendly and a couple of them even helped me get my furniture in. Also, the location and price is unbeatable.
