The office staff are liars. I applied for an apartment last week. It's been am entire week and they never call or e-mailed me to let me know their decision. I called today and the lady had a nasty attitude. She told me so many lies on the phone it don't make no sense. She put me on hold, and said I was sent a denial letter via email last week. I knew it was a flat out lie. I ask what e-mail address did she send it from and on what day. She tried to get me off the phone because she knew she was lying. Next she said I owed a previous Apartment complex. I told her the debt is paid off and I can show proof that I settled the debt. She put me on hold and came back and said that "I didn't settle any debt" and that I will be denied everywhere I go. That was uneccessary to say and she said it with laughter in her voice. Lastly I asked for my administration fee back to use the money to apply to a different apartment complex. She told me they will refund me, put me on hold again, and came back and said I will not get a refund and that I didnt settle any debt. Your are a crooked apartment complex and know I see why you have so many vacancies. And we will see how funny it is when your company gets investigated.

I was not living my best life before Camara estates, so for Rayshell to have helped us get into an apartment as quickly and smoothly as she did not only means a lot to me but is also a blessing. She was so kind and helpful even through all of the other tenants that had her busy as heck! She made time for us and communicated thoroughly with us. I am so excited to move in. I feel like I'm getting truly taken care of and I really appreciate it a bunch.

Tarrah is AMAZING! She answered all of my questions and was so kind and patient . She gives me confidence in my decision to live here. My stay at Camara Estates has been amazing. I haven’t had too many issues with apartment besides the normal wear and tear on an apt, but the maintenance team always deals with my issues in a timely manner. The property management (Tarrah and Rayschell) are always accessible, and respectful, even though I know that at times I can be a tad much to deal with. Shout out to the staff at Camara Estates!!

I have been at Camara Estates for 6 years. This has been a great place to live and if I wasn't buying a house I would certainly stay here. The staff is very friendly and always on top of things. Thank you for all you help. I will certainly miss you.

Tarrah is one of the best property managers I have ever met. She is so quick to handle concerns. I appreciate her patients and can see the positive changes going on throughout the community. I will definitely be renewing my lease.

I have been a current resident at Camara Estates for the last 2 years… I have witnessed several property management crews since I have lived here. However the latest crew with TARRAH (Property Manager), RAYSHELL (front desk associate), and the Maintenance crew have made my living experience much better. There has been a big difference around the property with them: As in brighter lights by our door step for security at night time, the option to have reserve parking, valet trash, pest spray more frequently, maintenance request answered and fixed in a timely manner and remarkable residence service when I enter the rent office! I now feel more happier and safe during my stay at this Property!!!
