I have been looking for an eye doctor near me for a while now, and I really struggled to find one that was taking new patients. Someone at my workplace recommended this place and said they were taking new patients. I looked on their website and found it very easy to make an appointment online, which I really appreciated. I was able to get an appointment for the next week I was looking at, but there were many openings. I really enjoyed my visit. The people were welcoming, and there was free coffee and water. The eye tests were smooth and painless. Dr. Cretella was my doctor, and she was very thorough. With my eye insurance and with the retinal eye imaging they do, it came out to less than $100. I could not have asked for a better experience.

The doctors and employees at this practice are wonderful! It took me 2 hours to choose my glasses, and these sweet people were so patient with me. I can’t say enough about how great they are. They made a visit to the doctor (of any kind😊) an enjoyable experience. Thank you from a grateful patient!

The overall visit was wonderful. Very pleasant staff and provider I met today. The building is extremely nice. The variety of eyewear was breath of fresh air. Stacy and Chloe made the appointment such an amazing customer service experience. I will be telling others about this office. The office manager was extremely pleasant and even made it a point to be visible and involved with her staff and the customers. Happy I got in with this group!!!

I am extremely pleased with the care and services at Haywood Family Eye Care. Everyone was very helpful and professional. Each person I worked with did their best to help me get the best possible product within my budget. I am happy to recommend them to anyone needing eye care. 💗🤓

Haywood Family Eye Care is a Great place. You are checked in with a Very warm "Hi can I help you!" Check in is Fast and Easy. Everyone is really nice and curious. They are Very thorough in the examination and explained the result so I could understand. Check out is quick and painless. They are a Great group of people!

I was surprised, pleasantly. Upon entering, I was greeted, they had record of my appointment,, Brook, the Tech, led me through a series of preliminary tests, and was very knowledgeable. I saw Dr Tom Pinkston D.O. Tom was a little younger than I expected but what he lacked in years was more than adequately covered by his knowledge, personality, and professionalism. He was very personable, and approachable. I knew after the first 3 minutes with him that I had hit a home run. Great experience from scheduling my exam to picking up new glasses. Nice clean new building, very friendly professional staff. Detailed eye exam and excellent care picking out the new glasses. The young man that helped me was great. Insurance made my visit easily affordable and will be waiting for my next exam. Very nice place and comfortable for a professional office
