Went
to
the
ER
with
chest
tightness
and
difficulty
breathing.
The
registration
lady
as
super
polite
and
kind
to
us.
We
were
told
that
the
rooms
were
all
full
in
the
ER
so
they
were
treating
patients
from
the
wait
room
and
two
small
triage
rooms
off
to
the
side.
Not
a
big
deal
except
there
were
people
bleeding
in
the
waiting
room,
one
guy
was
laying
on
the
floor.
People
in
wheelchairs
got
no
assistance
from
the
staff
when
called
back,
they
just
stood
there
and
watched
as
patients
struggled
to
get
themselves
to
the
triage
rooms.
When
taken
back
the
first
time
with
the
nurse,
Tracey,
things
were
good.
She
was
nice
and
helpful
and
listened
to
my
concerns.
They
ordered
some
tests
and
then
we
saw
the
PA
Sarah.
She
was
probably
one
of
the
rudest
people
I
have
met
in
this
entire
area
.
She
asked
what
my
concerns
were
and
as
I
was
explaining,
she
kept
cutting
me
off
and
rolling
her
eyes
and
huffing
and
puffing.
I
was
trying
to
give
her
whatever
info
I
thought
was
pertinent
to
my
concerns,
but
she
wouldn't
even
listen
to
me.
Had
recently
been
on
a
medication
and
my
symptoms
started
there.
She
didn't
want
to
hear
anything
I
had
to
say
and
told
me
I
simply
couldn't
catch
my
breath
because
it
was
cold
outside.
She
kept
cutting
me
off
and
telling
me
my
symptoms
were
two
totally
different
things.
She
would
make
hand
gestures
for
me
to
"hurry
along"
it's
what
I
was
explaining
to
her.
We
were
just
a
bother
to
her,
and
she
made
it
known
to
us
that
we
were!
When
you
have
a
sign
in
your
waiting
room
stating
the
hospitals
vision
of
"providers
who
want
to
practice"
having
providers
like
Sarah
treating
people
the
way
she
does,
your
vision
is
definitely
not
reflected.
The
lady
who
did
my
x-ray,
I
believe
her
name
was
Tracy
as
well,
was
really
polite.
At
the
end
of
the
appt,
we
were
discharged
with
no
answers.
I
followed
up
the
next
day
with
my
primary
and
was
told
my
symptoms
DID
in
fact
have
to
do
with
my
medicine
(the
info
Sarah
was
trying
to
dismiss)
and
nothing
to
do
with
my
heart.
Had
she
listened
to
me
instead
of
being
a
miserable
person
who
is
bothered
by
having
to
do
HER
JOB,
maybe
I
could
have
gotten
answers.
One
main
thing
I
noticed
is
no
one
wore
gloves,
taking
blood,
taking
nasal
swabs
for
Covid/flu/rsv,
doing
EKG's....
not
once
did
they
have
gloves
on.
Would
not
go
back
to
this
ER,
will
make
the
trip
out
to
Pulaski
or
Galax
if
ever
needed
again.
