Met my dad here for dinner for the current special they are running for meal for 2 for 49.50. Includes two salads, two entrees and one shared dessert. Both my dad and I got salmon with broccoli, and I got the jasmine rice and he opted for mashed potatoes. Everything was really good. I didn’t see the grade, but the place was very clean. Our server was Elanna, and she was absolutely the best! So sweet, jovial and an absolute pleasure to be around. We all know how the service industry can be these days, so when you get excellent customer service, it must be told and recognized. She is truly a gem, and they are very lucky to have her on the team. Keep up the great work Elanna! :-)

We haven’t been to a B-fish in many years. The crab cakes were barely holding together and were full of crab. Both entrees were very good. But the service was the best. We’ll be back.

Everything I ordered was FRESH and delicious. The Poke, bread, and fish was just what I needed as the first meal of my day. Special note: I had a terrible migraine headache and my server, Nicki went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. She rolled down the curtains. She made sure the food arrived quickly. She even made sure I had adequate takeout boxes. Small details....but such kindness makes the difference when you have a migraine. I will definitely recommend this location.

The Bang Bang shrimp is the best appetizer! We sometimes get multiple appetizers and eat Tapas style. ( share around the table ) I was just there for Mother’s Day. The restaurant was accommodating to my family which is 5 people. ( all adults ) Creating a 5 person table in the bar area with the tall tables. This area is nice, beautiful well stocked bar. I had a pineapple martini that was wonderful. My wife had a very smooth desert wine. Food was great. Service was great. I would recommend this restaurant and specifically this location. Yumm.

Oh my gosh, so good! We loved the intimate lighting and it made for a perfect date night dinner. I highly recommend the bang bang shrimp, it was delish.

Perfect Birthday Dinner Experience!! The amazingly friendly staff accommodated my party of 20 with ease!! The food was delicious and they served us consistently!! Great seafood specials!! I love the new location and the ambience is great!! Definitely recommend for any special occasion or just for a nice dinner date!

First of all, this was our first visit, hopefully not our last. Thomas our waiter, was super helpful, his recommendations made our experience top notch. He was friendly and funny, knew the menu and was helpful with offering suggestions. Our cocktails were outstanding. The bang bang shrimp was a great beginning, the 2 different fish choices(recommended by Thomas) were savory. We finished with a shared piece of key lime cake. My only complaint, would be that it was so good I couldn't stop eating and now I'm stuffed! Highly recommend!

Ordered Salmon on plank for $26, the salmon was good but the sides were presented as if it was a school lunch. Very poor presentation for the $$ you are paying. Definitely needs improvement.

Had a nice birthday dinner with family. They typically won't allow reservations for groups of more than 8 before 8pm but then worked us in 6:30pm. Waiter was very attentive with refills and serving. The broccoli was a bit bad, the grilled shrimp weren't the best and the steak was flavorless and badly made. The salad was supposed to have grilled chicken but it was not grilled. The Bang Bang Shrimp was very good as well as the sashimi tuna was well prepared. Overall still a 4 but food could've been better.

Tonight my family & I dined at bonefish for the 1,000th time and Michael was our waiter. He was absolutely amazing! Very attentive & extremely kind & sweet. We had two young kids with us and he was patient and considerate and didn’t act like we were a burden. He even told us to enjoy this time while they were young. That truly meant more to us than he probably realized! Thank you Michael for giving us an amazing experience!

Went for a Christmas dinner with my coworkers at the beginning of December. It was my first time going and certainly won't be my last! I had the poke bowl and it was AMAZING.

Came here a few weeks ago. The service was good, we got seated pretty quickly. The food was great. I had the Lily’s chicken and that was so good. I’m not a spinach person but that spinach changed my mind. Go and try.

The food was absolutely delicious!!! Service was very great also. Also this place DOESN'T make you wear a mask. I have no problem with YOU wearing a mask if you want to.

My wife and I went out to enjoy a nice dinner and we ordered the appetizer that is always highly recommended, Bang Bang Shrimp. It was fantastic and I highly recommend. I had the sirloin and my wife had one of the specials that were offered in December. The sirloin was cooked just right and it pairs amazingly with lemon butter sauce. We always make reservations due to it always being busy, but guess that’s a good thing.

Went here for my birthday lunch this year. Patio is nice. Service was good. Pineapple or Blueberry Lomondrop martini is a must! Had the calamari appetizer which was delicious as well as complimentary bread which was soft and fluffy with the oil, and stole some of my friend's golden brown French Fries. For my entree I had a seasonal special: pineapple shrimp over coconut risotto with broccoli. It was good, I especially enjoyed the pineapple salsa. Risotto was a bit underseasoned for me and I was annoyed that the tails were still on but I understand it's for flavor. (Also pictured are my friend's bang bang tacos). Dessert was key lime cake. Delicious but a little coconut forward for me.

Overall this was an amazing dining experience. The ambience was awesome, the food was great to me. My boyfriend wasn't a big fan of the fish and chips and called it "bland". The blackened salmon pasta was seasoned well.

We were so excited. The curbside service was awesome, quick, and with limited contact. We got home with our Bang Bang shrimp family meal and 33% of our flour taco shells were missing corners, torn, not fresh & in the bottom of the container folded instead of laying flat and warm. Now we know why they keep asking you to add to the order, the portion sizes on tomatoes and sour cream were small. Quite disappointing! I heard from Bonefish Grill the manager was quick to correct all challenges. I could see this was not a usual order, from our conversation. ☆☆☆☆

Poor service. We never even had a waiter, just 5 different random people. Ordered fish and chips and the fish was oily and soggy. The fries were soggy so we asked for more. The replacement fries were undercooked. Just drive 15 minutes to the Bonefish in Concord for a better overall experience.

Well, tried Bonefish Grill for the first time. And I'd say it was a great experience dining there. We've ordered popcorn shrimp from the kids menu and my daughter instantly loved it. I've read many good reviews about their signature appetizer Bang Bang Shrimp. It was delicious, juicy and perfectly balanced. In the entree section tried Chicken and Jumbo shrimp. The shrimp was again delicious, however the grilled chicken tasted tad dry. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend visiting for hard-core sea food lovers. Update (05/21/2022): Went again and tried Grilled Salmon and Bang Bang Shrimp Taco. Both were delicious. 😍😍😍

Here out of town for a wedding event. Staff extremely pleasant friendly. Food was amazing fast hot and delicious. Not only did we have impeccable waitress, never got her name but everyone seemed very happy to work there. Cable service was at its finest felt very personal.

Dinner was great. Waitress was a bit slow on refilling drinks, but it was also very busy. Dining room was packed and I feel like a few too many tables crammed into a small space. My food was delicious though. We ordered potstickers for the app and I had chicken marsala for my entree. Absolutely loved it and will definitely order it again. Portion sizes were perfect. I would definitely recommend dining here. Just perhaps come on a week night when it maybe isn't as busy.

Bonefish is one of my go-tos. This is the new location for the Matthew’s Bonefish, but I would say a few things changed. The food tastes better and the servers are better. They also have a partner with this location that definitely has added a lot of options. Same prices , always friendly and always good but wow this is now my favorite location !!

It was a busy. We went for Father's day. But the food was really good. Our server was kinda...not rude but not personable. She was fine. Everyone else was very kind and the host even gave me free cookies. I have zero conplaints. One of very few places that is still Quality after Covid. Shrimp and scallops skewer with garlic potatoes and Asparagus is so delicious!!!!! White sangria is very good but sneaks up on you lol

Everything was delicious and very well prepared. I have never had a bad experience here. The service was top tier and our waitress was great and extremely attentive. Please try the carrot cake lava cake it is out of this world.

Let me just start off with a shout out to my boy Rezza(my apologies of that's not how it's spelt) He was amazing! Great service, made us feel right at home! Started with an Old Fashioned and the White Winter Cosmo, both were amazing! Crab cakes are more crab than cake, definitely worth it of you like crab, so delicious! For entres we got the rainbow trout, with rice and cremed spinach. Mahi Mahi and shrimp with mashed potatoes and asparagus. 10/10 would recommend, great food, great ambience, great service. Thank you for an amazing date night!

Food was good. Quick turn around with ordering drinks and food, then receiving it. As we was finishing taking our food order, the drinks came with him still there taking the food portion of the order. Kinda loud there, but not overwhelming. Good service and foods. Would recommend.

It was my first time at this location. Caitlyn (hope that was her name) was my server. Her customer service was amazing! She helped me choose my meal and her recommendations were great. I had a Blueberry Lemon Drop, Crab Cakes, Jasmine Rice, Garlic Mash Potatoes and Shrimp Skewers. I like soy sauce with my rice and she brought me a ginger soy sauce. It was very tasty! Another woman also checked on me; I’m assuming she was the MOD. She was also sweet and pleasant. My shrimp was seasoned maybe a little too well, but it was still good. The bread with the pesto sauce?! TOP TIER! I will most definitely be returning to this location. The drive from Uptown CLT is worth it. The vibes are immaculate!

Our server Stephanie was great, she kept checking in on us, she gave us good advice on what foods to choose, she was a great addition to our night. I took this picture after eating, I just couldn’t wait any longer it was so good and flavorful and it also came hot.

Very disappointed with our take out meal. Got bang bang shrimp and it was cold when we got home with it and the breading did not stay on the shrimp. My husband had chicken Marsala and he said it was just ok. Heard so much good about their food but we won’t do this again.

Hands down best service we have had at a restaurant! We love going out to eat & have been to high end restaurants and have never received the exceptional service like we had tonight with our server Jared! The fact that his service was over the charts, it made our food even more enjoyable! + it was our first time at Bonefish and he gave us all of the details and advice on what to get (which he definitely knows his menu!!) Jared deserves to be recognized because he was not only showing us great service, but to those eating around us! Very attentive & genuine person, we will absolutely be coming back! Had an "OK" experience with take out. Ordered a ton of food and really only liked a few items. The fish was actually undercooked and translucent so I had to microwave it. The potstickers were disgusting and we actually threw them away. I don't think I'd ever return, price didn't correspond with quality.

They prepare decent meals. The chief cook in that restaurant is well trained, I enjoy a lot trying all their dishes. The food is always fresh, the service towards the guests is efficient. I often eat in this restaurant and I not even once was disappointed. I recommend it to all.

Wife's birthday out during covid and three experience couldn't have gone better.We had early reservations and was one of the first four the evening to come in but the staff was very accommodating, friendly and Covid aware. The food was delicious and my wife had a wonderful birthday through this ongoing ordeal. Thank you guys for sticking in there and doing an amazing job!

Upscale seafood in a relaxed atmosphere. Dishes carefully crafted and plated with style. A fun destination for a special event l r just because. The Imperial Cod with crab and shrimp stuffing is excellent. The Bang Bang shrimp are a spicy staple appetizer, if a bit rich. Go and enjoy!

Delicious food! I am quite sad that they are no longer selling the coconut shrimp or kung pao shrimp as those are my favorites, but this location is darling and the food fresh! Recommend coming here on any occasion!

We had date night at Bonefish last night and it was amazing! The bang bang shrimp was delicious as always and my crushed pineapple martini was so good I've been thinking about it ever since! There is some kind of vanilla bean syrup in the cocktail that just really takes it to the next level of tasty! Heather was our server and she was so sweet and perfect! Great food and even better service! Thanks Bone Fish! :)

The location we visited has a gym next door to it, but the atmosphere in the restaurant would not reflect that in the least. The host staff immediately greeted us upon our entry, and we were seated almost immediately. The restaurant was adequately lit, and easy to maneuver if one were in a wheelchair or walker. The food was top notch. We had an appetizer of Calamari, which was cooked well, was not rubbery, but the breading was crispy. I ordered the Filet Mignon with Lobster tail, with a side of asparagus, and garlic mashed potatoes. My wife order the Cod Imperial. My filet was cooked to a near perfect medium, and the lobster tail kept a smooth texture that was pleasing as well. The garlic in the potatoes was not overpowering to me, but was definitely a prominent flavor. The asparagus seemed to be cooked at the peak of its ripeness. It was hot, but remained crisp without the stringiness often found in undercooked asparagus. My wide enjoyed her Cod Imperial, but did mention the sauce was almost too strong for the dish. It had an almost bitter first taste that would fade into a wine butter taste after a moment. After we ordered a Molten chocolate cake which sounds like a very generic dessert, but it had a very signature twist. It was topped with some of the best whipped cream I have tasted in a restaurant setting, and was surrounded by a berry mix consisting of strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries. The mix of chocolate and fruit sweetness was a great way to finish of the meal. Our waiter was extremely personable and friendly. When asked about 2 different dishes, he gave a couple reasons he enjoyed each of them, but did not attempt to sway one way or another. My water glass never saw anyrhing less than half full, and he was very attentive to our needs and kept the table clear of dishes that were not in use. All in all, I found my visit very pleasing, and will make an effort to return to this location. The food was very good, the restaurant was very good, but the waiter was most likely what secures the 5 star rating.
