The food was good and plenty of it. It’s a great place to go where everyone can eat as much as they want for a low price. The food was all fresh and there was lots of variety of pizza. The kids enjoy the option to try lots of different flavors. Great family spot!!! They keep the place clean and well stocked and there is tons of seating.

We thought the whole chain had shut down and never come back. Honestly they came back better than ever. The crust is an actual pizza crust now and not just cardboard with cheese and sauce. Cannot wait to come back.

I hadn't been here in a long time, so I did see some significant changes. The salad bar was up front instead of in the back. Everything looked pretty fresh with basic salad bar options. Since they took out the second pizza warming station, the number of pizzas available at any one time is reduced. However, when I asked for a particular pizza I didn't see, they had it ready in a few minutes. The marinara sauce I got to dip my pizza crust in was quite good.

I've been going to this CiCi's for years and the experience has never been bad enough for me to stop going. It seems like the current team in place is getting food out faster and keeping the pizza bar packed with fresh foods more often, creating less waits for common favorites. I also noticed one employee who was proactively picking up used plates from tables to keep the store cleaner. Great work!

Wendy walked in kinda late. They were nice, and smiling 😃, and the salad bar was fresh and loaded. The pizza was great. Whatever we ask them to make they did. Soup was OK. The pasta was good. I had 6 teenage boys and girls with me. They were stuffed. I definitely will go back.

We came here for my sons birthday with 8 people. When we arrived the clerk told us that the drink machine wasn’t working and we only had lemonade and power-aid to drink. I then asked if we could have a discount for the drinks since our options were few. Before the clerk could ask him he immediately say no in a harsh tone. I then asked why he said he just wasn’t going to do it. I asked again and he said it wouldn’t be fair to the other people. Then stated that I have a party of 8 or more and that we really wanted to eat here can we just get waters he then said you have to pay .50 cent. The only reason I stayed was because my son really wanted to eat there. What made us really upset was after we paid just for our meal we noticed the other people who happened to be Caucasian getting cups of water needless to say we WON’T be back for poor customer service.

The food is terrible here. For $11 I could have done better at any number of nearby fast food restaurants or at a Papa John's if I was wanting some real pizza. This place is nothing like it was 20 years ago.

Better experience than last time. We enjoyed our dinner tonight. We came on a relatively quiet night. The staff were friendly and never stopped moving. The restaurant is really attractively decorated. The only drawback, the brownies were not cooked inside, they were still batter.

Made a special trip for nostalgic reasons, The manager put up a fight with us about getting shredded cheese for our salad and pasta. The facility was not even crowded but trash was scattered everywhere (pizza crusts, plastic, stains) bacteria smell coming from the main floor/ booth. The CiCi’s chain used to have my respect when I was younger, but now it’s went downhill. Overall sad excuse for a pizza place. I get the impression they’re going out of business, and hopefully so.

My daughter absolutely loves to go here. It is definitely more of a kid's restaurant. A better salad bar would be a big plus for the adults. They are more than willing to make whatever Pizza you would like which is awesome. The food is always fresh. I have employees working constantly to keep the dining room clean.

Staff was AMAZING! Pizza was great. We were really blown away by the service and how friendly everyone was. They went out of their way to bring a pizza to the table that we were looking for and super fast to bus of our dirty dishes.

I placed an order online, and when arriving to my home it was incorrect. Upon reaching out to the store directly to try and resolve the issue, they informed me I would have to call Door dash, because that's who their delivery is set up through (even though I ordered directly from the website). No problem. The guy on the phone did say they would deliver until 10pm. I had one item incorrect and one missing completely. I hold on the phone for nearly a hour with Door dash just to be told they will only redeliver for my missing item and not remake/deliver my incorrect item. I'm extremely disappointed as my children enjoy pizza from here, as do I. I will not be ordering from this location again as I felt they were unwilling to help and now I also have to wait to be contacted regaurding a refund for the incorrect and missing items.

When we arrived it seemed they were attempting to recover after being slammed so we waited. We picked a table and wiped it down ourselves. We sat waiting over 20 minutes for pizza to be ready. The restaurant was very dirty and the young lady who was on the floor seemed aggravated due to having to be there alone probably. The cashier was very accommodating and was overwhelmed but still pleasant. This was our first time visiting the restaurant in over 4 years and it wasn’t worth it at all.

The pizza was fabulous! The employees and people were also great and nice. The problem I had here was that when we got to the buffet, the empty tables were full of trash and plates. Most of the people were friendly; but if course there were a few rude people. Overall, it was a cheap and fun experience for the family.

I only go to this location now because the university location isn't good anymore like they use to be. I love their pizza most of the time and dessert's. They don't always have the pizza I like, but they do have good pizza. Definitely a family spot to enjoy.

Everything was Good, but District Manager made he way around talking to only the same skin complexion. Never even looked to me an my wife table when he was talking to other managers a table behind ours. Just say he passed our table 3 times to get to his table an not single word or glance. All in all store was good and other Managers or leads. Score comes from District managers non-interaction rather disrespectful.

Haven't been to this CiCi's in a while. It seemed somewhat cleaner than in the past though there was still trash on the floor in places, such as silverware wrappers. 2 of the fountain drinks were out of order, one of which my husband prefers. The southern sweet tea container had what appeared to be water, but no tea, so I also had to drink something else. The pizza was excellent. Compared to previous visits (it's been a while) my expectations were far exceeded with the food. Service was great as well. Everyone was super polite and helpful! We are renewed fans!

Front cashier probably would get more tips if they smiled, lost the chip on their shoulder, and didn't act like customers were an inconvenience. Oh, and actually put in the request the customer made. The manager helping at the pizza bar was extremely nice and welcoming. He made our lunch experience feel better. I'm guessing because of COVID we can't get our own pizza, the employees have to do it for you. The manager asked me what my favorite pizza was at the bar and got it prepared!

I typically love this place. Any time we are on that side of town thats our first place to go to. Today was just a bad experience. I dont know if the lady was the manager or not. I know we are going through a tough time right now but as of today a mandate has not gone in to effect until 5pm. This woman came up to me in line after 4 guys without masks had just gone through and called me out on not wearing a mask and that is was mandatory since monday which was false. The only reason she wouldnt kick me out was because I had already paid. Then as I was leaving I look in the wash room and shes walking around with her mask under her chin. Two things, shes needs to do what she preaches and she needs to get her facts straight before trying to embarrass someone and being ignorant

By far the best Cici’s pizza I’ve been too. I brought my niece and daughter today and the customer service was EXCELLENT! Not to mention the food was consistently kept fresh and the actual restaurant is certainly clean and COVID cautioned. I can honestly say it is worth the while. Check it out with your family!
