Mark at Trade St Jewelers did a great job resizing and polishing my engagement ring and wedding band. My engagement ring looks like it did when my husband first proposed! Trade Street Jewelers is the best place if you want unique, custom made jewelry. I love and wear more jewelry than most guys, mostly chains and I buy jewelry for every anniversary for my wife, mostly rings and earrings. The owner of this place, Gurgen, has exceeded my expectations, he makes exceptional jewelry every time (and I placed over 7 orders for the past 10 years) and his craftsmanship is impeccable. He is also easy to deal with. I will probably never set foot into any other jewelry store again, that’s how high Gurgen set the bar. The owner ruined two of my rings and takes no responsibility. I gave him a second chance only to be disappointed. Be careful and think twice before trusting this arrogant jeweler. ( He also works at Southpark in a kiosk in the mall) After he ruined my ring, he said I didn’t have to pay him. It was “his loss and mine”!!! I left without saying a word.
