My 10 year old fur baby had her first visit with them today. I see why they have almost 5 stars in the reviews. The staff is AMAZING! Dr. Heitzman was so thorough with explaining any findings along with my dog dental health. My dog had been going to a well known "commercial" clinic for 10 years & I felt like they got lack with her care. I was extremely pleased with the visit my fur baby had today to the point that I went ahead and purchased the wellness plan. So glad to have found a new clinic for my dog to go to 🙂

The staff is so friendly and amazing. I know my dog gets treated so well and loved on while he is in their care. They work hard to keep the Pets, staff, and clients all safe. I appreciate them so much!

North Pole has been one of the best veterinary experiences of my entire life. They have always been there for me and my dog and they are competitively priced. More importantly they genuinely cared about my boy so much so that they sent a sympathy letter when he passed away last month

North Paw's Staff is awesome!! Pepper went for his bath and grooming with Adrienne on October 5th. She always does a super job in making sure he has a handsome cut and smells so good! Not many places give that nice touch of having them smell good after grooming, so we do appreciate this added touch! Thank you, North Paw, for being the BEST EVER!!!

Very happy with the care we received. I picked up a stray kitten in bad shape. They took her right away. The medicine worked, kitty is frisky and on the road to health. The staff listened to my concerns and respected my choices, that was much appreciated.

The Drs and staff here are amazing!! My fur baby, Abbe, was seen emergently for a snake bite & they stabilized her for emergency vet transport. If it wasnt for NPAH she wouldnt be here!! Amazing staff!! Abbe has been seen by this vet office since I adopted her & they have always cared for her as if she is their own fur baby.

We love North Paw! Everyone there is such a joy to work with and they take wonderful care of their patients! Dax has such high anxiety while going to the vet and they work so well with him. Some of his long time favs are Dr. King and Al ❤️

Dr. Cindy is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. The staff really cares. My big guy is hard to deal with due to anxiety. They were excellent with my giant 104 pound boy.

Our visit was amazing, as ALWAYS!! I have so many great stories to share about North Paw, but every time I start, my time always runs out. However, I do want to give a proper and well-earned review to say that they are simply THE BEST!!! From the reception to the kennel care, to the techs, and the vets (we have our fav, but won't tell ;-)]!! We have been taking our pups to them since 2005 and they have been AMAZING!! Our pups have not only had excellent and caring veterinary care, but also an extended family at North Paw! There are no words to describe the peace of mind that comes with knowing that our pups will be boarding with them when we are going somewhere. Their staff is so well trained in handling all breeds and all sizes that it is commendable and refreshing! They truly care -- Their staff is certified through the Fear Free program - the pups love it and it shows! Our family had the opportunity to experience two different vet clinics and their staff's care while living in CA for 2 years. Their handling of our our large and intimidating-but sweet pups had a lot to be desired and it was frankly concerning because of the danger that this could represent and the bad experience for the pups. The North Paw difference shows and that is why upon our return from CA to the area, we returned to North Paw for the care of our pups -- even though we live in a different city and 30 MILES AWAY!

North Paw is an AMAZING vet clinic. They’ve cared so well for both of our dogs both regular visits, emergency, and grooming. They cared for our puppy’s tummy issues expertly and our elderly dog has received such kind and above-and-beyond care. Thank you from Maya and Biscuit’s owners❤️

North Paw has the most caring, dedicated staff! Even though this was somewhat of a sad visit, the doctors, techs and office staff were all so kind and helpful. They even called to check on our dog today. The employees at North Paw always demonstrate professionalism as well as compassion.

These veterinarians are incredibly friendly. Definite animal lovers. They have treated my two dogs with immense care and love for years. Although I haven't lived near this vet for a long time, I still return here exclusively for my pets. Even through the emotional process of losing a long time baby of mine, my poor sick dog of 12 years, they made it ad comfortable as possible while I held her hand...paw. These people are the best I have ever gone to for my animals.

I had an appointment with Dr. Heffernan last week for my dog’s annual check up. She was absolutely amazing! She spent 45 mins with us working patiently with him as he was anxious and answered every question I had. The Vet Tech was also superbly knowledgeable and the front desk staff kind and friendly.

North paw has always been kind and caring to our cats. We currently have Sophia who is our newest kitten & Precious who is three, but before them, we had Camille who passed away just before 15, & Pumpkin who passed in January at 17.They did everything possible to help us through that difficult time.

I’ve been bringing my pets to Northpaw AH for 23 years now and have had only good experiences. I now have 2 cats with hyperthyroidism and one close to having kidney disease. The vets have been great at giving me all options for treatment of these two cats. One is exceptionally hard to medicate with pills so they gave the option of compounding it into a paste for her ear that absorbs into the skin there. That was a life saver for both of us! They explain everything well so I understand. They are helping me find a new diet for the kidney issue cat and so far having positive results on her blood work! I highly recommend these vets and clinic!

North Paw has been great for my two doggos so far! Pricing is very reasonable with their paw plan which includes wellness exams, vaccines, and spay/neuter. My sweet husky just got spayed last week and I have to say they did an exceptional job! She’s acting as if she didn’t just have major surgery which is a relief because I took my other dog somewhere else years ago and they did a horrendous job on her, so I am very thankful I trusted North Paw with my new baby. They also took the time to give me a call a couple days later to check on her! I’m very sad I’ll be leaving NC at the end of the year. I have no idea what I’m going to do without them!

Adrienne did a super job on Pepper's grooming. We are very pleased beyond measure! The staff at North Paw are great and very kind to work with in answering any questions we may have and in scheduling appointments. The doctors are top of the line!! Their care and love for our little big one surpasses our expectations. Thank you!!
