Had to give 1 star as I had no option of selecting 0 star. Went to this service center today for my boat earphones. The staff was so rude and had zero knowledge of how to speak to customers. They were shouting and getting irritated on everyone for no reason. When you ask anything twice, they start acting like they own the company. Won't recommend this place at all.

It was a nice experience but I think that the services provided by the company are a bit costly.

Hi there, I have ordered Realme C53 through Flipkart (Petilante) Seller Name & it got delivered on 8th October 23. However after 12 days of usage it has flickering problems, as you may see in the above video which was taken on 20th October 23. From thereon it randomly flickers at any point of time. I'd visited to the authorised Realme service centre in Mumbai (Borivali) under the name of ESC-RM- RV Solutions Pvt. Ltd (Borivali, Maharashtra) Address Showroom No. 1st Floor, Thakkar Shopping Mall, S.V. Road, Borivali (West), Mumbai - 400092 However they denied that the phone has any sort of flickering issues (as shown in the above video). The service centre says everything seems to be fine and working perfectly, although the video show clear and crisp that it has flickering issue and they're unable to resolve my issue or replace the device. I suggest please do not visit borivali service center of realme because of My phone was under warranty and the employee didn't let me claim the warranty because of non working and wrongly told me that phone physical damage. Workers are saying that keeping the phone in the pocket of jeans causes physical damage, so why does the company make such a low quality phone? Showed to The Mall Malad service center then they fixed my phone Shame on you, because of the employee of the service center, the name of a big company is getting spoiled in real.

My Realme buds Air 3 left one wasn't working properly... Distortion in the sound and the volume was too low to hear... They solved my problem with in half an hour... Good service with free of cost as it was in my warranty.

Unique experience of getting device fixed in front of customer, ln my case, product was within the warranty, absolutely no question was asked and got the device fixed. Liked the sincerity of customer service agents.

Guyss the relame service center in vasai is closed and there is no more service center in vasai, please don't waste your time going here. I have gone on 09 Dec 2023 there is no such service center available here now. Rather go to borivali or andheri.

On call center told chareges rs 6000 for replacement of A32 screen but when reached to store rs told 6800 what a jok of Customer.

Went here to fix my Asus 6z display. They were politely talking , and gave a display replacement within 2 3 hours(its manageable time considering the number of customers).

I went their so that they can remove dust from my back panel of nothing but they didn't removed the dust well also the adhesive of camera leaked and speard around the glass due to extensive use in sunlight and they gave me my phone the next day and said ki they have done everything but the adhesive was still there and there was dust still there inside between both cameras and when I said the issue they said ki sir woh nai jayega woh glue se stick hogaya hai aapne baharse repair karaya hoga and alll bro why would I repair my device from somewhere else if it's in warranty also they work tooo slow

Very helpful, excellent service. I went to repair my mobile charging slot but they cleaned it first thoroughly and after 10mins it started working, saved me some money. Also she(don't know her name) did not take a penny from me. I don't usually leave reviews but this time I had to.

Had a good experience with warranty related stuff. Overall resolution was on point no questions asked. Makes you more confident in Realme's after sales service. Only feedback would be to reduce the waiting time.

Excellent service centre of realme very polite and knowledgeable. Fixed my Realme X2 charging point issue of dust accumulation without any charges and damages for same normal shop owner were asking for 500 saying that point is damaged. The girl without specs was the one who helped me with my issue. Thank you can visit this service centre of realme rather than Mira road as it is dedicated so not much rush.

My buds air 2 got replaced. Luckily warranty period was about to expire in a week. Thank you so much for a quick assistance. All staff people were helpful. Only issue I faced was with parking my bike since the road is bit crowdy and traffic police are always looking for someone who parks their vehicle on road.
