First,
about
the
good
-
the
rooms
are
clean,
the
mattresses
are
comfortable,
the
hotel
is
well
maintained.
Now
about
the
bad:
we
traveled
with
a
baby,
so
we
booked
a
room
with
a
mini-kitchen,
but
this
room
was
not
provided
to
us,
although
the
hotel
was
almost
empty.
The
kettle
in
the
room
was
broken.
It
was
cold
in
the
rooms,
there
was
no
remote
control
for
the
air
conditioner,
we
had
to
turn
on
the
air
conditioner
manually,
but
this
did
not
help
much.
The
heated
towel
rail
is
cold,
the
floors
in
the
bathroom
are
very
cold.
The
breakfast
was
more
than
modest,
the
ordered
coffee
took
10
minutes
to
prepare,
literally
50
grams
of
milk
for
3
people
were
brought,
the
ham
had
to
be
requested
separately,
no
cheese,
no
cold
milk
for
cornflakes.
A
very
unpleasant
situation
with
payment
documents
-
the
hotel
employee
said
that
she
could
not
issue
an
invoice
and
instead
wrote
out
by
hand
some
piece
of
paper
about
receiving
money,
which
does
not
even
contain
hotel
details,
that
is,
it
is
impossible
to
understand
who
the
money
was
paid
to.
Very
unprofessional.
