What a dweeb of a place, ordering my food at 20:32 not delivered then eventually they canceled after I got rude. Which I had a right to do as my kids were starving after nearly waiting 1hr 20 mins for a chilli chicken, 2 chappatis and 2 cakes. We're they coming from abroad!!! Look at the reviews for this on Google itself speaks volume defecation comes to mind. Full of dweebs See photos shows proof how many time I asked about my food!!!! If you can't take orders and deliver on time don't take orders and mess with people. And then you say you been in this industry for 40 years lol you can't get 1 order delivered in 1hr 20mins . Speaks volumes of the 40 years experience you have itself. Also I admit I was very rude, but why would your delivery driver say I know where you live...just watch? What were is intentions by saying that! When I rang about my food for the 6th time.

I ordered food from big chef,waited there for few minutes can tell very poor customer service, grumpy short guy cashier was looking like actually they do a favour to customers for ordering from their place. No greetings back. With customer service like that they won't keep this place open for long time.

Used to really enjoy getting take out from here but for the past few months, they repeat the order over the phone but they never get it right when I collect it. One time they gave me a different pizza to what I ordered. Recently, charged me more than what the website says and gave a plain Donna chips which is not what I order and was very cold and not freshly made. They mess up the orders every time. Unless you order 1 item instead of two you might be lucky that they will make it right. But even so they will not put sauce on top when clearly asked on the phone. Very disappointed and not ordering from here again.

Takeaway has really dropped in expectations paid for cheese on chips got given hardly a sprinkle 😂oh and waited over 30 minutes longer than was told

Honestly the best burgers in Huddersfield. Pizza's gorgeous too. Staff super friendly and 9/10 times the food is hot on delivery. We love Big Chef! 😍
