My fiancé and I visited the Warrington store yesterday afternoon to browse engagement rings and possible wedding bands. We had the help of Nikki, Zoe and Melissa who made us feel more than comfortable. We enjoyed chatting about styles we liked and trying a couple of options for which the ladies gave some good advice. We recieved a complimentary drink with our appointment and with the easy conversation, our nerves soon fell away! We would highly recommend these lovely ladies and thank them for such a warming experience.

Bought a watch on Thursday 1st July love the Watch and the staff are great very helpful and friendly.

I highly recommend Chisholm Hunter. The service we received from the team at their Warrington branch, and in particular Laura, was absolutely first class. Having booked an appointment through their website, I needed to change the time. Not a problem. One of the watches I wanted to view wasn't in stock at that particular branch. Not a problem. We were served promptly on our arrival and provided with drinks and a very personalised service. We spent an hour or so looking at and trying on various watches, discussed various options, were never made to feel rushed and there was no hard sell. I went in with my mind almost certainly made up on one particular watch, yet we came out that one and 2 others! Fair play. From our own first hand and first time experience of this jewellers, we can only highly recommended them and thank Laura for her time and assistance.

Would really recommend the Warrington store, All the staff in particular Laura, are Brilliant at what they do, I was treated to a new beautiful ring, whilst we were there decided to get both myself and husbands bands re-plated and altered, so happy with the service, knowledge and advice given to us- would Definitely shop there again.

I went to chrisholm hunter in Warrington golden square. Last place after looking in all jewellers and the service was amazing I'm comparison to the others, they didn't rush you. Listened to you and were very polite and full of amiles. They helped me look at engagement rings until I made a choice. The 8 week wait they kept me updated by calling me and kitting me know the ETA on the ring. I was ready earlier than expected and when I collected it you sit down and are presented with e erything. The ring, a diamond certificate, diamond passport and lovely bag and case for the ring. Every member of staff were brilliant, the ones who I interacted with the most were Emma and Laura amazing service and lovely people. Highley recommend!

I was out trying to buy my wife what she'd asked for and wasn't having any success, we'd decided not to buy much this year as there's nothing much that we want or need. I was a bit grumpy as the perfume was proving difficult to find, I happened to look through the window of the jewellers but was just looking with no intention of buying, sticking to the agreement. A young lady named Emma came out of the shop and I was a little abrupt with her as I thought she was going to be a bit pushy trying sell to me when I was only looking, I had an experience a few years ago where an oriental looking shop assistant in this branch tried the hard sell, I walked to another jewellers and spent my money there, I was wrong on this occasion and she turned out to be helpful and patient. I didn't buy anything that day as I had other fish to fry finding the illusive bottle of perfume and sticking to the gift pact made with my wife. I returned to the shop on 23rd and again was just looking, this time with my glasses to see the jewellery in focus after forgetting my glasses on the previous visit. I was in my work scruffs and was recognised from a few days earlier, I ended up spending quite a substantial sum, breaking the pact in the process, I was served by the same lady that I spoke to on Sunday, she was very friendly, had knowledge of the products helped me make my choice as well as swaying my decision to buy the product. During my time in the shop, everybody was friendly both with me and also the other customers. My first impression from some time ago is now changed and as they have some beautiful pieces of jewellery, I'm guessing that I'll be back, I only went into town for the game 'Connect 4' and had no intention of buying anything else, I didn't get the game, I found the perfume though and I also discovered a wonderful jewellers. I purchased an engagement piece from Laura here at the tail end of 2023. Laura made me feel welcomed and at ease from start to finish. She took the time to get to know me and the story of my relationship with my partner, to better understand what I was looking for and to suggest alternatives as well. In turn, she was able to give me a detailed history and background of the company, the owners/key staff and the manufacturers they work with. The piece itself was exactly what I was looking for in terms of styles, materials and quality. My partner (now fiancee) is thrilled with it and especially enjoyed being told all about the piece, the choices I'd made and the reasons behind them. The diamond also came with a grading certificate from the most widely recognized independent graders. The process of purchasing was made simple and straightforward, with different options for financing, insurance and returns/exchanges all offered freely and explained clearly. I did explore other jewellers in Warrington, but chose Chisholm Hunter for a combination of reasons. They had not just the right inventory and pricing to match my needs and budget, but the best team and service as well. A big thank you to Laura and the team for making our big moment that much more special!

My partner Chris and I recently shopped here for my engagement ring. What a fabulous experience. Fantastic and friendly service from Laura who took a lot of time and interest in finding the perfect ring for me. I needed an engagement ring and all the girls in the store were absolutely amazing, all willing to help as much as they could. I dealt with Laura mainly, from start to finish she took her time with me and you could see all the knowledge she has as she helped me pick the most perfect ring for me to propose with. I just want to say a massive thank you to Zoe and Paula. I bought a suprise platinum promise ring for my wife for our 20th wedding anniversary. I bought it on the chisholm hunter website. Sadly it never fit her. My wife an I attended the store in Warrington where Zoe sat us down sized the ring, gave is a beer and a glass of prosecco and made us feel really special, even though we bought it online they didn't hesitate to help us. Two weeks later we were phone called to inform us that her ring was ready. We called in on a Thursday evening at aabout 19:20. Paula sat us down with a glass of prosecco and a beer and gave an amazing personal service. Both ladies remembered us from two weeks earlier. They were also serving a different couple who were getting an equally great personal service. In fact I'm fairly sure they stayed behind well after closing hours to ensure that we were all served appropriately. The service in this store is impeccable! I cannot recommend the service or their jewelry enough. My wife is happy so that makes me really happy. I would definitely visit the store rather than buying online for that extra special personal service. Zoe and Paula even said that if we saw something online they would be able to order it into the store for us, just pop in or phone up. absolutely brilliant! Thank you so much Zoe and Paula.

I bought a Longines Watch for my 50th birthday from the Warrington branch of Chisholm Hunter & served by Jorge and the team. It is extremely easy these days to order on-line as an alternative however nothing beats the face to face customer experience of going into a store. Having read some of the lower rated opinions on this Company, I am really delighted to let everyone know about my EXCELLENT PERSONAL SERVICE while I was buying the new Raymond Weil Beatles Special Edition Watch at the Warrington store. On checking out the watch in Warrington and having seen it in Chisholm Hunter, I decided to return after checking out other jewellers nearby. On previous visits to this store a young Lady who I now know to be Piyawan Clark stood out to be very approachable and had great product knowledge. Fortunately she was available to deal with my interest in the watch last Saturday 6th August. After offering me refreshment we got down to business and with no pressure let me view the watch, explaining its features, limited edition watch and replied to all my queries without referring to any manuals and having no difficulty in answering any query I had including buying options etc. In my retail experience as a manager and Senior Executive, it is so hard to find straightforward, top knowledge, pleasant, approachable and observant Sales Personnel. I must say that Piyawan ticked all those boxes and more with her overall professional service. I bought the watch. I must congratulate the person who employed Piyawan for spotting outstanding talent, you did your job. As for Piyawan herself, I think she has a great future in Retail with her personal sales technique. It is not very often that I would give an A -ABOVE, B- BEYOND, C- CALL, D - OF DUTY = ABCD award YOU HAVE IT PIYAWAN, THANKS FOR SUCH GREAT SERVICE!! Not very often seen these days.
