Service is very slow. I entered the store there were about 3 people in the queue. The guy at the front of the queue explained his name was A and he was picking up an order for his brother names B. This seemed to have the staff member stumped 🤔. I had a walk around the store and spent several minutes looking for what I needed. As they didn't have the colour I needed I was going to see if they had it in the back at which the staff member was dealing with the original gentleman asking him so your calledA and your brother is called B and who's names the order in? 😮I left and went to toolstation at this point.

Lee was absolutely brilliant! I always use to buy paint and tools from BnQ but will most definitely coming here now and will always recommend Dulux to others. Staff very helpful and each time I have been they have offered to carry large paint tins to the car and even opened the door for me. Call me old fashioned but customer service makes you want to go back.😀
