I had an excellent experience with Wongs Jewellers throughout the pandemic. I bought a beautiful engagement ring for my partner with the help of the staff! They were extremely accommodating, and provided a personal and professional experience. The prices were affordable and were happy to resize the ring when it didn’t fit! 100% would recommend for anyone who is looking for a quality engagement ring.

First jewellers we visited to look at engagement rings following weeks of research and numerous recommendations. Although we didn't have an appointment, we thought we'd pop in on a late Friday afternoon as we were passing by. Due to availability, we were seen by Charlie who was magnificent in helping us throughout! She spent well over an hour guiding us through everything and was incredibly helpful, giving us recommendations and guidance as needed. Given this was the first time we were looking at engagement rings in person, her assistance was highly beneficial. She went above and beyond and even extended our consultation beyond the stores closing hours which was very much appreciated. Although we have yet to commit to a purchase and are still exploring our options and doing further research I can honestly say the service was excellent and we would have no hesitation in returning for future advice, purchases and any after service enquiries.

I cannot recommend Wongs Jewellers enough. My experience there was first class from start to finish. You are treated like royalty; from the friendly greetings from all the staff to the offer of a beverage (husband and I chose Prosecco!). I inherited my mother’s little engagement ring and had an idea to update it a bit without altering the actual ring at all. Sean Doran, Sales Executive in charge of commissions, worked with me to achieve my dream. He carefully listened to my ideas, looked at photos of an example I had in mind, and explained what could be achieved. I left Mum’s ring with Sean so a computer aided design could be created. Sean e-mailed me pictures of the CAD for approval and I couldn’t have been more delighted with the design. A few weeks later my new ring was ready. Actually, two new rings to enhance my Mum’s gorgeous little ring. Having waited 11 years since her passing for it to come into my possession it held a lot of sentimental value for me. When Sean revealed the rings I wept with joy. When assembled together on my finger, they created the look of one beautiful cocktail ring. The stones selected were perfect! If you need a bespoke piece of jewellery, please ask for Sean. You likely won’t find a more personable, friendly, and considerate guy, who can truly make your dream a reality. We visited Wongs back in 2012 to choose our wedding rings and had a great experience. For our 10 year wedding anniversary I really wanted to either remodel my existing engagement ring (it was needing some TLC!) or change the ring altogether. After visiting a few other jewellers in the area, I just could decide or find exactly what I wanted. We decided to pop into Wongs and see if they could help me make a decision. We were welcomed by Sophie, and sat down to chat about my ring and the different options available. Unlike other jewellers, she actually took the time to listen to me and totally got what I was wanting! She took a look at my ring and advised a clean, fix the broken claws, re-size and re-plate before making any major changes to the ring. My ring was booked in and a date given to collect, and was actually ready before this! We booked in with Sophie for the reveal, and I never thought I’d cry about seeing my ring again but it looked stunning and was better than I ever thought it would look. Sorry again Sophie for crying so much, haha! So happy to finally have my ring back and thanks again to the team at Wongs, you’re all amazing at what you do! x

We just wanted to express our deepest thanks to the team at Wongs but especially Shauna who has been such an amazing support throughout the whole process of choosing our rings. After speaking with Shauna we figured out the perfect way to use my Nan’s wedding band to create two wedding bands for my partner and I. Shauna was so kind, comforting and helpful throughout this emotional process and I felt so comfortable leaving my Nan’s ring with Shauna. We picked up the finished rings and they are perfect. I can’t thank Wongs enough for making this happen and for enabling me to have such a special connection with my Nan at my wedding day and every day after. I was gifted a locket of my nan’s after she passed away recently. The chain was broken and it was just looking a little beaten up. It was great to see Wongs at Women of the year awards on Friday where Matt was cleaning jewellery for those attending the event, complimentary. Wongs have been my favourite Liverpool jeweller since designing a fabulous bangle as a present from my husband for my 50th birthday. I could not recommend Wongs jewellers enough to anyone who is looking for a jewellers for an engagement ring. I was planning to propose to my partner on her birthday in April and I had everything planned but the engagement ring. I visited Wongs in March knowing that I had cut it fine in terms of timescales so I was a little concerned about this. Nevertheless I went along and was supported by Danielle who I must say was fantastic and so helpful. I didn’t really have much idea about rings and diamonds but she was able to guide me through step by step and make the right decision for the engagement ring. At no time did I feel pressured , just supported by Danielle who answered all my questions. As I said earlier I did leave it late but Wongs were able to get the ring ready in time for my proposal date in April. They were attentive before the proposal date and I had calls from Danielle and the team from Wongs to keep me posted on the latest with the ring. I could not recommend Danielle and the team from Wongs any higher. 5 stars! Amazing service and would use Wongs again.

I recently purchased an engagement ring from Wongs Jewellers and couldn’t be happier with the result. We had an initial consultation with Daisy, who was very friendly and knowledgeable as she educated myself and my partner on all the different styles, shapes, clarity of diamonds they had to offer. Daisy helped us set up a ‘made to order’ design that perfectly suited what we were after. The whole process to have the ring made was less than 6 weeks and I’m made up with how it turned out. My wife recently had her diamond engagement ring reset at another well known jewellers. It was supposed to be set in a band with half diamonds. We thought that they had reset tiny stones into an illusion setting. As Wongs had designed rings for her many years ago to the highest of quality and service, we took the ring to Sara at wongs for a second opinion. She advised that there were, in fact, no diamonds in it all! We were totally shocked! She advised us to take the ring back. We cannot thank her enough for her professionalism and giving her the confidence to do this where they did correct it, but had we not gone to Sara, my wife would be wearing a half finished ring! I am sorry we did not take the ring to Wongs to start with. So thank you for a great service and our utmost gratitude. Wongs for us from now on!

I purchased my partner’s engagement ring at Wongs and it was such a brilliant, easy process. The staff really are invested in helping you find the perfect ring and I felt really valued. Happy to say she said yes, and we returned to Wongs to buy our wedding bands. Once again, we could not fault the service at all. Absolutely second to none, and the bands that Jenny helped us pick out were absolutely perfect, and exactly what we would hope to have found. We collected our wedding bands a couple of weeks later and we are made up. They’re beautiful and we couldn’t be happier. My partner and I bought an engagement ring from Wongs and the experience was perfect. We weren’t quite sure what we were looking for, and Anna was so helpful in walking us through the process, explaining everything and choosing amazing rings to try on. We found our dream ring, and couldn’t be happier with it! The experience was made so special by Anna and the rest of the staff at Wongs who were all so friendly and welcoming. We got a tour of the workshop inside the store and met the goldsmith Max, who was so enthusiastic and happy to show us all of the equipment they use to create and repair jewellery. When we came to pick up the ring after resizing, we got a bridal box with gifts like a lovely candle, perfume samples, free afternoon tea, discounts on wedding supplies, and a lovely Polaroid of us in the store with our ring! We can’t recommend Wongs enough, they go above and beyond to make sure you have a special experience, and the jewellery is really beautiful.

Been to Wongs today and picked up my new wedding band which we had remodelled from my old wedding ring and a couple of other ring's I hadn't worn in a long time. Jenny Craig designed two rings and a bespoke pendant for me and I am delighted with all of them. She really listened to what I wanted and created simple but very elegant rings that perfectly complement each other, which means I now get to wear one of the lovely diamonds from my much-missed mum's engagement ring every day. Our experience at Wongs to purchase an engagement ring was fantastic. We were dealt with by Zara who was so helpful, friendly and experienced, everything was explained in detail of how to understand the cut and the clarity of diamonds whilst also giving positive feedback on certain rings tried, all this was accompanied by a drink of choice. My partner chose her ring after several hours, and more drinks of course,, whilst at the shop my partner wanted some old rings configured into a Russian band which Zara spent time arranging. We recently got engaged and whilst it was my fiance that dealt with Wongs more than me, we had to go in together to get the ring re-sized. Called into Wongs on a recommendation from a work colleague for a repair on my partners bracelet. The young lady who greeted us was extremely polite and professional and took the bracelet to the workshop to Max. We waited approximately 20 minutes for her to return whilst we had a look at the jewellery. When she returned Max had done the repair and cleaned the bracelet. When we asked how much? She said no charge just give us a review. We would not hesitate to recommend and if we were to buy any jewellery in the future we would definitely go there first. Thank you very much

Wongs, fantastic jewellers and experience 💍😃.... After contacting multiple jewellers in the UK some of them took ages to get back to me, I decided to contact Wong's. I knew they had a good reputation but I thought they may be out of my price budget for the type of stone and ring I was after, how wrong I was. After sending my enquiry I got a prompt response from Sean. After having a phone call with Sean things started to move quickly. But before we managed to get any viewings of diamonds I had found out that my partner wanted sapphire which is a total game changer. I was quite excited because it was something different and as Sean is very knowledgeable he sourced me fantastic stones, there was one particular stone which was gleaming and exploding with colours, Sean had found a perfect stone!!!!! So once I had decided on this beautiful stone it was time to design the ring, I had a specific design in mind but as Sean is an expert in his field he strongly advised against my mad design idea and proposed some other designs that would allow as much light as possible to get into the stone. I am glad I took Sean's advice on the design because he was 1000% correct!!!! When I went to collect the ring I could not believe how stunning it was, seeing something that had been constructed from nothing starting with an email, a phone call and a meeting looking at stones and the finished product was a beautiful engagement ring!!!!! When I proposed, she could not believe her eyes, I really can't thank you Sean and his team enough for making the this ring for me. It was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. I would recommend Wong's jewellers to anybody and strongly advise to make Wong's their first choice for jewelry. There are a lot of jewellery companies online and I think most of them are just run-of-the-mill. Wong's stand apart from the rest, thanks for everything.

Such a lovely store. Not only does it look beautiful inside, and the interior is striking, but the staff are very welcoming. It was actually quite daunting experience shopping for my weddings. I didn't really know what I wanted. However, Sean was so helpful in helping us look for the perfect ring, it was such a completely relaxed experience and we felt so happy with the rings we chose. They didn't push the most expensive products. They have us time, kindness and lots of advice on picking the jewellery. The finished products looked stunning. Such magnificent craftmanship and very personal. They even replaced a missing stone and plated my partner's engagement ring which was so kind of them. I will definitely continue to use Wongs again. A special independent within the heart of Liverpool indeed.

Amazing ring and excellent customer service! I haven't got a clue when it comes to engagement rings... I turned up at the shop and was introduced to Lisa Foxcroft, who was amazing. I told her what type of ring I wanted and left her to prepare some great designs. Lisa was always available if I had any questions and explained everything to me throughout the ring making process. The end result was an amazing ring which my fiancee is obsessed with! The only job I had to sort on my own was getting the correct ring size, but obviously I couldn't do that. The ring was too small, but luckily Sean and the team were on hand to fix the ring on the same day, which we are so grateful for. Thank you to Lisa, Sean and the rest of the team!

I recently bought an engagement ring from Wongs and could not recommend them highly enough. I was served by Sean, who was extremely knowledgeable, informative and patient, especially after I took a few weeks to decide on the right diamond. All the rings in Wongs are unique, which appealed to me as you won’t find the same ring in another store, as you would with many popular chains of jewellers. The fact that the store only exists in Liverpool was another bonus, as my fiancé is from the city. The rings themselves were also of an extremely high quality. I looked in several other stores but found few who could match the standard of ring on offer in Wongs, while they also have a real variety to choose from. Overall I had a fantastic experience.

Sean was the person who talked us through the process and was so incredibly helpful. He created an incredible band to match my engagement ring and we couldn’t be happier. When looking for my engagement ring we had a terrible experience at another jewellers in Liverpool where we were looked down on for our budget. We have been a customer of Wongs Jeweller’s for more than 20 years so there was no other place for us to go when we decided to get married in March . Our wedding was different in that it was to be a complete surprise to all our guests on arrival. Jen at Wongs was obviously privy to it and I can only say offered fantastic service to us once again. My experience with Wong's jewellers and Sean was fantastic. I received a warm welcome upon arrival despite not having an appointment and the customer service was outstanding. Sean was very knowledgeable and discussed each piece with great detail which made my decision so much easier. This independent jeweller's was by far the best I visited in Liverpool for choice and customer service with stunning engagement rings made in store. We recently purchase our engagement ring from Wongs and the entire experience was fantastic. We were lucky enough to get an appointment with Shauna who was so helpful and patient as I thought I knew what I wanted but when trying a number of rings on I couldn’t decide. Shauna went away a brought back the most stunning ring that I fell in love with. The service, the special touches and the bespoke designs are just perfect, couldn’t recommend Wongs and Shauna enough. A fantastic experience with the wonderful Jenny from start to finish purchasing our wedding rings from Wongs. After my partner had such a good experience choosing my engagement ring with them (and my ring is so beautiful!) it was an obvious choice where we were going to go for our wedding rings. Jenny is extremely knowledgable and makes the decision of a lifetime an easy one with her guidance and advice. Absolutely faultless service yet again from Wongs. Having bought a bespoke engagement ring and wedding bands, I ordered a bespoke chain and pendant for my fiancé. The level of customer service is truly fantastic. Daisy, Zara and Sara have all played a role in shaping our wedding, from the proposal to wedding rings and gifts. The genuine enthusiasm from each member of staff to help you create/buy something special is felt from the moment you walk through the door. I have a very limited knowledge of jewellery, the staff who helped me have such an extensive knowledge and make it so easy for you to shape your vision on how you would like bespoke jewellery to look. The jewellery I have purchased is always complemented on how stunning it looks, which is testament to the hard work that goes on in the work shop to craft such beautiful bespoke jewellery. On one of my visits I was also shown the workshop, which gave me a greater insight into the level of craftsmanship that goes into creating such special bespoke items. With my latest order I was working under a time frame, fearing I had left it too late to have a bespoke chain and pendant made. I cannot thank wongs, Daisy, Zara and Sara enough for their help in having my bespoke item created in time.
