I went to my dentist at Horbury Dental Practice, Mr Francois Vannerem, asking about invisible braces, he gave me all the information I could ask for and advised me what would be best for me, it took only 14 weeks for him to fix my teeth completely and I couldn’t be happier with the results, or the service from every single person that works at the practice, all happy helpful people from start to finish, if I could give 10 stars I would!

My dentist is Harriet and i can honestly say she is the best dentist i have ever had! She knows im really nervous and always puts me at ease. Ive had to come to the dentist 5 times in a week due to complications due to an extraction and they have made the effort to squeeze me in to see me. The reception staff are always kind and friendly.😊

I came here for my first consultation a couple of weeks ago and I honestly couldn't have received a warmer welcome and friendlier treatment. The reception staff were lovely and my dentist Francois Vannerem along with his female assistant did a fantastic job at making me feel incredibly comfortable. The treatment that I need was explained to me very clearly and made me feel at ease, and the prices were also explained to me very fairly. I was also very impressed with the fact that they did not at all push me into having any other treatment (cosmetic) that wasn't necessarily needed like a lot of dental practices tend to do. Bearing in mind the prices are quite steep but it was definitely worth paying when I received such wonderful service. Thank you so much.

Had no dentist so had emergency appointment and had a tooth removed. I am always scared of dentists but I would like to say a big thankyou to the dentist and his staff , I was in so much pain and you put me at ease

A great big thank you to James Hudson and the team at Horbury Dental clinic I have recently finished my treatment for dental implants and I cannot thank James enough I have always been petrified of going to the dentist for as long as I can remember so having such a big procedure was an achievement for me. James put me at my ease straight away he explained everything in great detaill I can honestly say I never felt any pain at all James is a true professional as are his team everyone I came into contact with was amazing once again thank you to all of you you truly are amazing people

I attended the dentist for the first time in a while today and was extremely anxious. I was booked in with Kirsty Mercer and she is the most lovely and patient dentist I have ever met. She took the time to explain everything, rather than just getting on with it and was so understanding. She made my dentist experience such a positive one and for once, I am not dreading my next appointment. The best thing I ever did was register with Horbury Dental! Thank you so much to Kirsty! Horbury dental have been nothing short of amazing. Nick has looked after me and done some brilliant work and on very short notice too. You have a patient for life now, really appreciate all the help I've been given and the speediest service to help me out of a sore situation with my teeth. The only thing I regret about having my teeth straightened with Francois was not getting it done sooner. I love my smile now and it was an extremely speedy and non stressful process. I got lots of advise throughout, from the right placement to accentuate smile and lips, which I'm really pleased with to cleaning after care. I was really surprised with the price. The difference with going through a professional and getting them delivered online was negligible and having the appointments kept me motivated to wear the retainers and subsequently, get the process completed in months. There was no big sales push! My teeth were quite discoloured and different sizes and so at first I thought I would need a mouth full of veneers. Francois spent time talking me through my different options, teeth whitening, composite (which is much cheaper and less invasive) and I eventually went for that option. All in all, I can't recommend the practice or Francois more. Thank you for my lovely teeth.

Horbury Dental Care came highly recommend. However when I rang to enquire more about joining as a new patient the receptionist was not helpful and didn't give a good first impression. When asking how an initial consultation works all I got was the various prices reeled off to me (something I didn't even ask for). My questions were met with brief answers and I felt she didn't have time to speak to me. Given that they are priced at the higher end of dental care I would have expected more of a welcome and a better explanation of how joining works. I'll be going elsewhere!

Nick Lane is a fantastic dentist! In the past, I've always been really nervous about going to the dentist to have any form of treatment, but it was done so well I'm now nowhere near as anxious about needing to go. Thanks Nick!

Very good dentists, Great treatment, friendly professional staff. Would not hesitate to recommend. Easy parking too. My dentist in particular was very good , explaining everything and easing me through the procedure.

After visiting many dental surgeries and dentists I can say with certainty Horbury Dental Care and Harriet are the best I have experienced. All the staff I have met there are excellent at what they do but Harriet has recently helped me through a difficult time with my teeth. What a great service and everyone is so friendly and helpful from the start. I got referred to have a dental implant,was nervous from start but nick and his team talked through everything and always made sure I knew everything that was going to happen. Would highly recommend anybody to use

I have visited my dentist today for the removal of an old filling and a new filling done. I was treated by Francois Vannerem and his assistant. They were both kind and professional. I can honestly say that whilst the treatment was uncomfortable it wasn’t painful. Francois gently explained everything as he went along and completed by treatment in record time. When I was a child I visited my dentist regularly but I was nervous and frightened as it was always very painful and the dentist never explained what he was doing. I remember having filling and extractions without anaesthetic and without a parent present. This experience left me with a dentist phobia. I cannot thank the Horbury team enough. Thank you.

Just had my wisdom tooth extracted, for a procedure that I was anxious about I didn’t feel a thing. Mark and Harriet were fantastic and thorough checking that it was complete. Highly recommend going here brilliant patient care.

Just to say a HUGE thank you to Tom Willan, Mark Willings and all the team at Horbury Dental Care & Implant Clinic. I have recently finished my treatment plan with them and I am OVER THE MOON with the end result!... From my first appointment last year with Tom when I was suffering with toothache and other dental problems I was put at ease and knew I was in safe hands. I had disliked my smile for a long time but was always too busy to do anything about it... however I found Tom & Mark to be extremely understanding and approachable. Over the following months I had an extraction, deep cleaning of the gums, eight old fillings removed and replaced with white fillings and a new front crown fitted to replace a very ill-fitting crown that never looked quite right. I then had teeth whitening treatment which was amazing! The next step of the treatment was a consultation with Mark Willings at the Implant Clinic for his expert opinion on dental implants to replace two missing teeth. I was very nervous before going in to see him but he was absolutely superb and explained what was involved in great detail. I had my first treatment in December for implants and have just finished this month. Mark was wonderful throughout and I can honestly say I never felt any discomfort at all. Having dental implants is without doubt the best decision I have made. I cannot speak highly enough of Mark or Tom as Dentists and would not hesitate in recommending both! Thank you for the difference you have made...I cannot stop smiling!
