Horrible. I haven’t shopped here but I am seeing pictures of their hamster “packages” all over Instagram and I am so disappointed. I would never shop and support a place that acknowledges the proper care of an animal but refuses to practice it. Stop shopping here!

Would rate 0 if I could. They have no care for animals and sell the enclosures (more like prisons) far too small. You can't claim to care for animals if you're not going to care for them properly. Do better and actually listen to those calling you out on your small animals' poor living conditions.

Great exotic shop. Got our horsfield from here a few years back. Then recently got a A.seemanni tarantula. Outstanding customer service and cater for plenty of other exotic animals. Weve even sent our tortoise there for his holidays, while we was on ours. Great prices though-out and knowledgeable staff, aways a smile on their faces.

Lovely pet shop, sent the husband and one of our children to a handling event he came home with a beautiful hognose. I went to last one with are other daughter and came home with a giant african land snail 😂😂🐌🐍

Brilliant shop with really friendly staff with excellent knowledge.

Big thanks to Megan for helping us board our daughter's pets while she is traveling. She was patient, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and was customer focused with a can do attitude. Thanks also to the dark haired lady who is a colleague of Megan - sorry but we didn't catch her name - and who kindly helped retrieve one of the pets who had escaped in our car and was causing anxiety to my wife! Best thing about Reptilia is the staff. We cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend.

I love this shop, go in every week to get my snake food. I adopted a lovely not so little tortoise a while back. Well stocked shop, wide variety of reptiles and birds. Lovely staff 🙏🏻

Came here after reading the brilliant reviews. We were not disappointed. Kieran was incredibly helpful, gave us all the information so we could choose an amazing pet tortoise. Also got all set up with a fantastic vivarium, plus money off pet insurance! Couldn't be happier. See you soon for more tortoise treats! 🐢

Amazing pet shop and have all the things you need and things you didn't know you needed. The staff are always happy to help and really lovely. I would recommend if you've never been. Have a selection snakes and inverts and fish and dog and cat accessories. A bit of everything for everyone. 🌟

Bought some amazing pets from reptilia... extremely knowledgeable and patient staff who clearly care for the animals. They always answer all my questions (tends to be a lot) and are reassuring, prices are reasonable and will be going back again... hopefully for a scorpion!!!

I had never heard of this place until I was looking for someone to look after our bearded dragon whilst on holiday. Just been to pick our dragon up today and he looks to have had a magnificent holiday! The staff certainly know what they are doing and we shall certainly use their holiday boarding service again. Pretty impressed with the stock in the shop too! Thanks!

Been going here a long time as it was usually the only place close enough to supply frozen rats for our snakes. However lately they've never any in if you've a snake that requires anything bigger than a weiner rat. And the service is shockingly bad, it's painful being served by these kids who are absolutely clueless (brought in for cheap labour I'm guessing or possibly work placements for college) either way they've zero customer service skills and knowledge about the shop, clearly not being trained up in much. I try asking about when they'll have any actual rats in you get a "I dunno" response and a clueless look across their faces (one walked off towards another customer asking if she needed any help and one just stood there and ignored my question staring at the floor until I decided to just leave). These are the responses from 4 or 5 different people that's served me over the last few months. It's truly a shocking place now. Owners clearly don't care about their business anymore.

We recently re homed a rescue snake from here. Keiran was especially helpful and talked us through looking after her. We are delighted with her and she has settled well into a new routine.

Great choice of reptile equipment. Variety of species is so so. At the morning time it was really cold in the shop, it's definitely not good for their reptiles through night time when lights are off.

I visited Reptilia earlier this week and was greeted by Kayleigh (I hope that's right!) and she was very helpful. It is lovely to see someone with so much passion in their job. She is an asset to the team and will continue to shop at Reptilia, especially with all of my questions. Thanks again.

this store sells defective products and tries to replace them with another defective product I spent just short of £240 in the shop. a gecko starter kit that comes with a thermometer that's usless and the manager wouldn't upgrade it without me paying even tho I had to drive 20 miles because they sold me a defective product I wasted my time and fuel . only good thing was kieran who tried to sort the problem but his manager who wouldn't even face me wouldn't let him . shocking customer service don't buy from here

Took my kakariki for nails clipping on 11th March, two week later dead. Phoned them and explained to them what had happened. they told me I have to pay for autopsy before they will consider that they have over restraint her. Autopsy cost twice as much of what bird costs to replace.

First time here and it did not disappoint, staff were amazing and such a selection of products plus the animals in the store were clearly loved and looked after, will not be going to any other store for my things now

Really good range of items in stock. Staff are friendly and prices are much cheaper than online or chain pet stores. Only reason that I am not giving 5 stars is because someone was supposed to contact me about a custom made vivarium and I spoke to them to after to give specific size and to remind them but they never bothered so I ended up getting one from an online store.

Purchased a pet and cage today the shop assistant was really helpful..but when Michelle the manager got involved because it was missing the water and feeding bowls infront of everyone she said we'd just have to contact the company to sort it ourselves and said "i can't them appear out of thin air" !!!!

Been visiting store for a while did write five star review now changed. Items wrongly priced, staff don't have a clue. Won't be making the journey from Manchester again.

What a fantastic team of people they are. We visited for a viewing on the possibility of finding something to our liking for our daughter. What we found was a very friendly team, knowledgeable, great interaction with our daughter. We cannot praise these people enough. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. Great work people and keep it up please

The staff are very helpful and can not do enough for you. Stock absolutely everything for cats dogs and every pet you can think of. They are also geared up for reptiles and spiders.

Have been twice now for advice and could not recommend them enough. Both times, 2 different people gave up lots of their time to answer my many questions! Gave great advice options for my exploration into owning a reptile. Would always go to Reptilia now!
