Lindsey was recommended and I can see why. From the very first phone call to walking out smiling like a Cheshire Cat the care was second to none. Lindsey spent time getting to know me and what I was looking for and explained in detail the options. I had dermal fillers as my face had lost the definition round the cheekbones. She also explained her background and the products she used and why. I felt in such safe hands. Throughout the procedure Lindsey talked me through what she was doing, making me feel at ease. The results are amazing, I’m so very happy and for the first time in years can look in the mirror and smile. We talked through next steps as I want to lose some weight and then have my jaw line done. Best skin clinic around for miles! Medically qualified, skilled, knowledgable staff (Lindsey and Jacqui) provide all the latest treatments and so lovely and helpful. Today was the first time I've met and had my appointment with Lindsey, although I've been a client since 2019. I usually have an appointment with Lucy, who now knows me well enough to know I'm pathetic and needle phobic, so having an appointment booked with someone else did cause me some anxiety. Well, there was no need for any of those negative feelings and thoughts. Lindsey was absolutely brilliant with me, she's really lovely, friendly and chatty and has a very kind and calming vibe about her. As soon as I met her I relaxed. Lindsey's husband Neil, who also works at the practice, is always very welcoming and has the same lovely vibe as his wife. My 4th radio frequency microneedling treatment. 60 year old with acne scaring, wrinkles and sagging. After my 3rd treatment with the duel focus the results were obvious.
