This is the best pharmacy in the area. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, polite and caring, especially through the pandemic. I use this pharmacy regularly for prescriptions sent over from my surgery and also for repeat prescriptions online. They are always very busy but always take the time to say hello. They go the extra mile when there are problems getting my medication - nothing is too much trouble for them. They make living with a chronic condition much more bearable. Thank you to them all.

Superfast excellent friendly service for flu vaccine. Even called me sweetheart and staff are lovely and have a great sense of humour. Thoroughly recommend this establishment.

Had my flu jab on Tuesday and my Covid on Friday. Staff very friendly and efficient, in spite of being very busy. I was dealt with by Diane and Paula, they were very gentle with the injections and very cheerful. Well done everyone, not forgetting Trisha who was managing the queue, doing a sterling job.

This chemist have been brilliant at looking after my elderly dad and step mum. They deliver medication every week to them both and have just been so helpful. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

Had my blood pressure and hearing checked today. The staff were professional and they explained everything they were doing. Seeing pictures of the inside of my ears on their fancy machine was really interesting. Quick and easy. Recommended.

Friendly service and a very clean shop. I use this pharmacy for my repeat prescriptions sent from my GP. When the order is ready a text message is sent which is useful. This pharmacy also does vaccinations and was very convenient for me to use for my covid innoculations.

I am a 63 year old woman with a fear of needles & have had to have my husband with me to hold my hand when I had the previous 2 flu jabs & 3 Covid jabs. I had booked myself & my husband in for an appointment for the Autumn Covid Booster for a few days time at Knights Oakwood Pharmacy & called in to the Pharmacy today to ask if we would be able to have the flu vaccine at the same time as the Covid vaccine, (as I was unable to get through on the phone to ask). The Pharmacy Technician in the reception area overheard & offered me both vaccinations whilst I was there. I told her that I had a fear of needles & needed my husband to hold my hand, so she offered to hold my hand in his place. I didn't feel rushed or pressurised, more coaxed into it so I subsequently had both vaccinations given to me by her lovely colleague whilst having my hand held. This made a very scary (for me) experience a very much more pleasant experience. I was blown away by their empathy, understanding & care. What a lovely Pharmacy - highly recommended.

Had an amazing experience with this pharmacy. Spoke to a brilliant guy called Richard who tracked down some some hard to get hold of prescribed medication, agreed to put it to one side while my partner got his prescription changed over to this pharmacy. Richard was warm, friendly, understood my situation and could not have been more helpful!!! Thank you so much !!

We recently had a annual flu vaccinations at Knights Oakwood Pharmacy. The staff are very efficient and professional but also retain the personal approach. We were in and out in super quick time. Cant fault their service.

Had the unpleasant experience recently,visited the pharmacy a couple of Wednesdays before to collect my prescription....entered the pharmacy and it was full, full of confused, bemused customers as the staff continued their 'love island' conversation!!! After being told one of my item was unavailable (with no idea/timescale of expectancy) and told to return a couple of hours later for the one item.... I returned an hour later with a different staff member who had both items for me!!! Clearly love island was more important!
