A very grumpy woman in her late 40s started huffing and puffing because she had to go into the system and print out a form. She even used "flippin heck" when she had to get the printout! Very poor experience. She had no name tag on. Been here for years and never had issues until this arrogant woman. Paying by PayPal was even an issue. Check cameras. I was in store at 4.05pm today. I returned a 10 ltr Dulux silk paint and x3 no nonsense sealants.

Been here a few times since it opened and it's always been a quick and friendly service. Most recently was yesterday where, in spite of my terrible description of the part I was after (which in my defence I'm not 100% confident exists) they were able to work something out and find something online, even if it did mean having to tell me I'd be better off at a competitor (begins with H and mainly does automotive parts). I'm having a bit of trouble getting that other company to take my money at the moment but that's by the by!

Quick and efficient. And the young man at the counter was good enough to call me a taxi from his personal phone as i'd left mine at home. Happy customer 😊😊

Click and collect works well and the staff are friendly and efficient. Ample parking and good prices. What’s not to love?

Super efficient and friendly service, ordered to collect and items were ready within 5 minutes at the usual competitive Screwfix prices. Not my local store but had what I needed when mine didn't, wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Friendly staff, helpful, sadly I bought a staple gun, didn't get my staples that came with it! , but has I was happy with the stapler and got home! & had bought a packet of 5000 :so I let it go. .

Items and staff were acceptable as usual. But the company has recently changed away from traditional books and codes and introduced computer pad ordering. Which is not accurate enough when typing in generic terms or does it allow toy to browse for our items you may also need. A prime example of change for changes sake. Just go to toolstation instead

Having placed a few online orders for collection at this branch I'm very impressed with the service. There is normally ample parking immediately outside, and generally there is no wait to be served. Many of the items I ordered were in stock, and those which weren't normally arrived the following day. They are also open until relatively late during the week.
