I wanted to thank all the staff at this lovely practice for your kindness, empathy and last minute help with my extremely poorly little girl Poppy yesterday. Although she didn't make it and we had to let her go, she was in safe hands yesterday with Olivia and the vet nurse who assisted, (I am so sorry I didn't get the nurse's name). Both my cat's Poppy and Portia have been in the care of this vet practice for years and the treatment and kindness they have received has been excellent. I have lost both my girls now but I would highly recommend this practice to pet owners. Thank you also to the dog parents of the lovely dog Bruno who took it upon himself to comfort me when I came out of the consulting room in tears. What a special boy you have!!! Thank you to you all.

Bring both my dogs and my cat here and it is the nicest vets we have ever found, all the vets and nurses are very helpful and caring. Definitely puts mind at ease when having anything done. Reccomend then to every one. Thankyou brighouse vets.

Our beautiful German shepherd died three days after seeing a vet I'm not saying it was the vets fault I just wish he would have done more tests on her.

Put my cat to sleep without my permission when all it needed was an operation to which he was fully insured, then they have done nothing but lie and avoid phone calls to cover their own back . No apology or empathy. Wouldn't trust them with any pet ever again . !!!!

Really pleased I made decision to change to Brighouse Veterinary. It had been recommended by numerous doggie friends and best decision I made . All staff really pleasant, always someone to answer the phone and very pleased with treatment both my dogs have had.

My dog needs monthly pain injections for arthritis. The treatment we have received from this, our regular vets, has been brilliant and I am very impressed with every member of staff.

Used to be a good vets until the receptionist started, she was very rude just wanted payment. Won't return. However the blonde vet forgotten her name was amazing with my boy.

Just got a GSD from the RSPCA. First time using Brighouse veterinary center, came well recommended. Staff friendly and love the animals, my dog Amber is fine there. Seems good, no issues, would recommend. On site parking.

Fantastic vets, i would never use another practice. Olivia is fantastic and clearly has a real love of animals. Their knowledge and care gave us so much extra time with our beloved dog and we will be forever grateful.

Couldn’t thank the ladies enough at Brighouse vets for all they did for my dog! He had surgery on both of his eyes (cherry eye) they were fantastic from start to finish with both my dog and my self. Thanks again. I have one happy dog and I am by far one happy customer! X

Fantastic service and care. We took our dog to get checked out…he needed to have 6 teeth out. The staff were great and our dog who is naturally nervous couldn’t wait to go back for his check up a week later!

We only had 2 visits as we had to sadly put our beautiful girl to sleep but we couldn’t have asked for any better care for our girl and ourselves through the most awful time. Used this veterinary practice for years for lots of different pets and always receive the best service and treatment on every visit. Would definitely recommend.

1st time ,however I was put at easy by Laura on reception, then greeted with a very sensitive n professional vet. Examined everything n took time to ensure I understood. Due to this interaction n mainly the trust Boo had in his hands. I know for sure 100% my boo will certainly be cared for n N will not be given anything he doesn't need. So thankyou

They care a lot. They are decent and take time with your pet. When we had to put our elderly and very ill cat down, they sent me a card which was lovely.
