Brighouse Computer Centre provide IT support for The National Business College. The service they provide is exceptional. We regularly call with issues on the network and Charlotte, Jeremy and the team are always helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. We recently moved to Office 365 and the transition was seemless with little disruption to the business.

Absolutely brilliant helpful staff, really helped me out with an older laptop and and the hard drive. I cannot speak highly enough of how patient and customer focused the gentlemen who helped me was, super customer service, thank you again. Highly recommended.

These guys are truly amazing. They replaced my sons Mac Book screen and after further problems with Apple spent a few days making sure they got everything back up and running. This is after Apple tried to charge us near £500 for an uneconomical repair! My son now has a fully functional Mac Book Pro and can do much needed college work. You are all a credit to Brighouse and cannot praise you enough for everything you have done.

Fantastic service, his wife was so helpful on the phone, and knew exactly what I was trying to explain even though I didn't! I dropped off my equipment in the morning and it was fixed in a couple of hours. He explained that the problem meant that he may not be able to fix it but he would do his best. Not only did he fix it but he made the issue more stable and my equipment is running perfectly. Very grateful and appreciative of both of them for being so fast and helpful.

I have dealt with Brighouse Computers for many years and have always been impressed with the professional service i have received. Small or large are problems usually dealt with as speedily as possible, given that IT can be somewhat problematic and challenging, they try to resolve all issues. I asked Charlotte from Brighouse Computer Centre to look at my website, that was mis-behaving badly. Since our first ever conversation Charlotte has been professional and supportive to getting our website back up and running and enhanced the look and feel of it. The websites platform had to be completely re-built, but now we have a website that I am proud to own. She has helped us in so many ways, even helping me with additional pages and search engine optimisation too. I cannot recomend Brighouse Computer Centre highly enough. The whole team are fantastic. My only real sadness is that I hadn;t found them sooner. They are truly the best at what they do. Thank you all so very much for all of your hard work and efforts.

Excellent service, informative, good value

I have used Brighouse Computer Centre for many many years for new lap tops and PC's (far cheaper) and last year they took over our telephones, e-mail and broadband at work which has saved us money. Always there to sort out any problems fast and efficiently. Charlotte has just designed me a new works web site which is far beyond what I expected and at an excellent price compared to other quotes I received. Friendly, very helpful and would highly recommend. Took my 2014 MacBook Pro in for an overheating issue and was expecting to leave it there for a diagnostic check. Didn’t get the gentleman’s name behind the desk, but he was very helpful and ended up giving it a quick inspection there & then. He gave it a quick clean and told me that it wasn’t worth taking the £20 diagnostic charge and gave me good solid advice to leave the battery & fan repair as it wasn’t worth the expensive cost and it wouldn’t have been lasting, plus he ended up saving me the repair cost on this which would’ve been a temporary fix anyways.

Been twice, and each time, they've been super helpful and informative. Also the friendliest little office pup ever. What a good boy.

A needed a replacement desktop for my work. I approached brighouse computers with a reasonable idea of what I wanted. They went through my requirements and came back with some options and costings within a day. We settled on a spec and the machine was built, tested and delivered within a week for a very reasonable cost. 9 months later it's been working flawlessly
