I have bought a new Settee and a Stressless Chair, I love this store. I had just one problem ! Me! I chose what I thought was a brown shade for my settee, but when it arrived it turned out to be Grey !!! Our Chair colour was chosen to go with the settee. I was mortified, so the day after we went back to the store to check my swatch, it was right but I have to say it did still look brown to me! But that was my choice so what the heck am i going to do??? It was due to the lighting, so please always check In daylight the colour of your swatch. Having discussed my situation with the Ladies who looked after my husband and I for the sale they were very understanding and listened to what I hoped they would do for "us"............... Change the colour of the Chair ! Bless them they could not have been more helpful and especially understood our predicament. We could not have wished for better service from All the staff including Paul & Branden.I /we would recommend this company not only for their beautiful furniture but for their patience and understanding. All aspects of the service received from Websters was first class. The showroom staff were not pushy but were really helpful and accommodating, they gave us helpful tips to help us choose the right fabric colour for our new settee, and quoted a competitive price. The delivery guys were amazing, really friendly guys who are clearly very experienced in delivering furniture through awkward doors such as ours!

Excellent from start to finish. Mark was very patient with me in the shop as it took me nearly an hour to choose, because there are so many lovely suites on display. We received our new furniture on the 10th December 2021 so have had nearly four weeks to get used to it. We are highly delighted with our purchase, It is of a high quality, robustly made and very very comfortable. The two gentlemen who delivered and set up the suite were friendly and efficient and a credit to Webster's. We would highly recommend Webster's Distinctive Furniture.

I ordered a pale grey Italian Leather suite from Websters and it was delivered yesterday. The whole process, from our initial friendly greeting at the shop, wandering around their showroom at leisure , choosing the pieces of furniture, through to delivery at home, was excellent. I am very pleased with my purchase.

The staff at Websters are exceptional to say the least. We just got a new table and it finishes off the kitchen perfectly, such a relief to finally finish our kitchen. Superb again from Webster, will most certainly be back and will be definitely recommending you to our friends !!

Following the departure of the last of our children to University and beyond, we took the plunge to refurbish our downstairs living space. Websters have been fantastic - helped us choose the right furniture for 2 rooms but also supported us through choosing curtains, carpets and other fittings. Special thanks to Emma who put us in touch with really good decorators, joiners etc.. and basically took all the hassle of sorting that out for us. It's been a big project but Emma's helped every step of the way. Really appreciated! Both rooms have been transformed and we would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for great quality and fantastic service.

Excellent in every way - from the advice given on our first visit to the shop, the arrangements with the visit to the manufacturer and to the delivery of our sofa and chairs, the whole process was friendly, courteous, professional and efficient. We shall certainly use Websters again and have already recommended them to friends.

As Websters are the only uk suppliers of mattermoll mattresses, we contacted Jill who was extremely helpful and gave us useful advice and information without any pressurised hard sell. We have now received our wonderful mattress which was delivered by two friendly polite gentlemen. From start to finish a professional service. It's nice to know a family businesses like this still exist and I am happy to support and recommend them to others.

Visited the shop looking for a sofa. Fabulous shop, unbelievable choice of furniture, occasional tables, pictures, lamps etc but, more importantly, EXCELLENT customer service. Sofa purchased and will definitely be revisiting. Pay a visit to this shop people - you won't be disappointed.
